They were at the Food Truck Rally in Huntsville. Thought that I’d give them a try. I got the Chicago Dog and was very surprised. I didn’t think that I’d find a Chicago Dog outside of Chicago that would be good. This one was awesome. Will definitely be back.

Got a chance to try this food truck downtown. I was pleasantly surprised with the Surf and Turf dog. The hot dog itself was a very good. Add the other stuff in and had a whole delicious meal.

I had been looking forward to trying New South Hot dog for a while now and they did not disappoint. The hot dogs are very unique and I urge you to step out of your comfort zone and try one of the sushi inspired hot dogs. My husband had the Chicago dog which was great and I had the surf and turf with eel sauce added and it was insane (in a Good way). You get the nice snap of the hot dog combined wit the deliciousness of a California roll. I might ask for a side of ginger with it next time. We also ordered the tiger king roll, and even my sushi purist husband (no fried and only raw) enjoyed it.
