Every penny was worth it. If I could give 6 stars, I would. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was very cozy and intimate, and the employees were the absolute sweetest and most helpful (I accidentally spilled water and 3 people came over immediately to help me clean it up). I would go again and again to try all of their seasonal menus.

A cozy dinner spot in Providence with great food and cocktails. We got the rigatoni and the polenta with mushrooms. The polenta was creamy, delicious, and super light. The menu incorporates local ingredients and changes every day. We gave the desserts a miss, since most of them were ice cream/sorbets.

Fantastic local food with ingredients incorporated throughout the menu. Cocktails were creative takes on traditional combinations. The service was top notch and responsive to needs and accommodating. Try the sweet corn ice cream if they still have it.

I had an amazing experience here. The drinks were delicious. Very nice menu. The bartender seemed a lil bothered we were there buttttt I get it, the service industry is pretty tiring!!

This was easily some of the best food that I have ever had in my life. The portions are small, but the quality is fantastic. The service was amazing, they came and got our plates between every course. We didn’t feel rushed and it’s a very small, quaint place in a beautiful area. Even the customers were nice, everyone seemed calm and happy to be there. Their drinks were good and everything is reasonably priced. It looks like their menu changes every day, so it’s hard to recommend to some people, but they had a diverse menu that I think anyone could find something to like. I can’t wait to come back. I would recommend getting a reservation but sitting at the bar was just as good as sitting at a table. Everything came out quickly and I still had a full menu.

Really great good. The pasta was a tad salty. The polenta was amazing. Olive oil cake was warm and delicious. The watermelon sorbet was too salty

We have been long-time New Rivers fans, but we recently held our post-wedding dinner here with a group of ~20 people and were blown away by the impeccably curated menu, the level of service, and small touches they thought of to make our celebration extra meaningful. We could not be more grateful and highly recommend working with the team at New Rivers for your next private event. Thank you to all who helped make our evening amazing!

I had farm salad, grilled scallops, and sorbet. They were fresh and delicious with complex flavors. The service was top-notched. Would most highly recommend this place for dinner.

The steak was remarkable and superbly executed. Oysters and cavatelli were good. Mix and match charcuterie board was rather, mediocre – portion was disappointing.

Beau and Andrew are terrific chefs, their food (direct from the farm to the table) is not only fresh, the cooking is perfectly executed, the flavors are heightened, the plates are deliciously colored… We really enjoyed everything, with an affable staff and a lovely decor – not saying that they sell an excellent French cider, we felt like in our native France indeed! Put New Rivers in the first place on your list, you will enjoy it!
