I’m impressed this place isn’t rated higher. Consider this a 4.5 rating rounded up. I arrived with the bf on a Sunday evening at 8:15 and we were the first table. Not a good sign, usually, but we reserved judgement for the food. We ordered the 38 (combo rice plate with shrimp, grilled pork and egg roll) and the garlic noodles with NY steak; along with a Thai iced tea (they were out of pearls, so no boba this time) and a Vietnamese iced coffee. The coffee was amazing, tastes like chocolate. The Thai iced tea? Meh, not worth as it also tasted metallic. Once our food arrived (within about 10 minutes) we were impressed! The steak was cooked mostly well done but was still very juicy, flavorful and tender. The garlic noodles is made with spaghetti noodles but had great flavor. The grilled pork was amazing! A little sweeter but I prefer it that way, the prawns tastes fresh and the egg roll was crunchy and delicious. The steak with garlic noodles came with A1 sauce on the side but you really don’t need it. The #38 has the standard sweet fish sauce to dip and the pickled veggies were perfect. The service is pretty standard for Vietnamese so any lack thereof isn’t counted against them. The total for us was 50.25, so we left $60 and agreed we would return if ever in the area. By the time we left two more tables had joined us. The pho bowls look huge so we will have to return to try them.

Nice quiet atmosphere, the beef pho tasted great, lots of meat and big portions, ordered small but looked like large at some other places. Garlic noodle with lobster tail was also good but lobster seem little bit on the dry. Overall it was delicious! Very fast service and friendly. The price was very reasonable!

My daughter loved the Nui shaken beef (but the way they made to us tasted like Mongolian beef), no matter my daughter still in loves with her order. The rest of our orders was just okay – my mom ordered broken rice but the plate they made wasn’t a broken rice, that’s just a rice that’s we’re always cooking at home;( my fiancé and I ordered spicy noodles but the tastes they made was a beef stew that’s made us surprised allot with those. Anyway, one thing we liked about was it’s very closed to the hotel we’re staying.

Extremely satisfying food with a relatively low price. The staff is kind and friendly. Pho has tasty soup and lots of meat. Fried noodles with chicken is excellent. Will definitely attend next time and try something new!

Really like this restaurant reasonably priced and good. Been here a few times and so far very good. Try the beef stew in the red soup #21 either egg or rice noodles.

I’ve tried five different Vietnamese restaurants in silicon valley as well as lived in Vietnam for a couple years. this is definitely one of the best spots I’ve been at for their dry noodles, tons of food for $15, and they give a decent amount of sauce although the sauce is still lacking in the flavor compared to the real thing.

The ice thai tea was a great disappointment. Barely any tea, mostly milk. Pho is like any other pho.

I worked at a trade show in San Jose, but I ended up at a hotel in Milpitas. I walked about five hundred feet from the hotel to this restaurant, which I found on Yelp. I ordered the pork potstickers as an appetizer; they were terrible, dry and tasteless. I guess I should have ordered the spring rolls. My entree, on the other hand, was sensational. It was the special seafood soup with the wide rice noodles, which had fish balls, squid, shrimp and shrimp toast and the fresh vegetables I added after the soup arrived. The broth was rich and very tasty. Service was only ok, partially because it was late.

You can actually taste the synthetic in the smoothies and drinks. Meat was rubbery and tasteless. My tastebuds have been corrupted, never coming back ever again!!!
