This is a take-out place. The food is great, always cooked fresh. The owners are very nice hard working people. Be patient and kind as they are really busy and learning english can be challenging.

Went there for lunch, food was hot and looked good, lady at the counter was ok, got the general Tso lunch special for under 8$, the chicken was not crunchy, super soggy, but decent amount of “sauce”, pork fried rice it was sitting on had a slight soapy aftertaste, I don’t want to know why. Probably won’t be going back.

We have gone to this place a fair number of times. The service is always excellent. They are always willing to customize what goes into their food based on my family’s likes/dislikes. The food is best when it is piping hot. My son had some of the fried dumplings and said they were great so I ordered them again. The second time he said they were not so good! Turns out he had reheated them and they were kind of rubbery because he over cooked them! I’ve read some of these reviews and they seem like it’s a different place then we go to! I guess everyone has different tastes so try it for yourself!

Food used to be better with previous owner. Lady is kinda rude. Feel rushed all the time when ordering over the phone. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been going there, she always treats you like she just met you.

Key to the Outdoors
I was outside walking my puppy pass there place and the lady came out freaking out because I was walking my dog. So I sat in my car the rest of the time I waited for my wife. My dog and I did not do anything wrong. I was going to order dinner there but after that I was done. I’ll go to china wok in Bangor not New Panda. Not friendly lost my business.

I called and asked if they had a vegetable meal and she hung up on me. I called back an no one answered. I called a third time and said maybe we got disconnected. I got yelled at for asking if they had a vegetarian meal on their menu.

Spent over $80 today. The fried food was extremely greasy. The spare ribs were fried as well, not broiled, and then slathered in “sauce”. The hot shredded beef I ordered turned into pepper steak. The special lo mein looked like a small order in a large container, and was mostly noodles. As my order was over $40, I ordered a steamed dumpling as the coupon on the menu gave me the option. When the order was being totaled, the counterwoman told me to take a soda. I asked if she needed me to rip the coupon off the menu for the dumplings. “You want dumpling then no soda”! I told her that I had orded the dumpling. “Fine! Then no soda!”
