First time here. Service was friendly. Food came in a reasonable amount of time. I got the F1 fried combo: catfish, shrimp, hush puppies and onion rings instead of fries. Everything was flavorful. Catfish fillets were nice size and thick. Shrimp were a good size too and not overpowered by the batter. Onion rings tasted good but breading was too thick for my taste.

I honestly think my two star rating was dictated by the day I chose to go:(

I recently had the opportunity to try the seafood boil at New Orleans Crab Shack in Plano, Texas. I was very impressed with the food, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying seafood meal.

I have been to this restaurant a few times. The seafood is flavorful, and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Furthermore, the service was efficient and extremely friendly.

I’ve been here twice on a Saturday. Customer service was great! The food was great! We didn’t have to wait long for our food. The fried shrimp was lightly battered, which I like. The margarita was good. The seafood boil was fresh and flavorful. I recommend getting the all in one.

The way to best describe this restaurant is Family run place posing as a chain. Showed I’m the quality of food. No love in it and even less seasoning. Staff was nice and helpful. They were out of beignets and the cashier was not informed until after we paid. He was efficient in processing the refund though. All in all, not our first pick for fish. The family took a vote and we won’t be returning even though we were excited to try a “new” place.

I’m surprised this place isn’t busier. I’ve been twice, consistently both visits the friend shrimp were cooked, really well. The house frozen margaritas were decent, beers were nice and cold. The catfish were a tad overdone for me but to each their own. Fries and sauces were good as well. Staff was friendly both visits, manager / owner came by to ask how we were doing. I’d definitely recommend & will be back.

This place has really high reviews and we were surprised by what a bad experience we had. We waited over 30 minutes for our meal to finally be informed our ticket didn’t print out for the kitchen. They were apologetic and offered us a complimentary dessert. When our food finally came the hush puppies were frozen on the inside. They offered us some extra fries or onion rings and were apologetic. The unsweetened ice tea tasted old and like it was starting to turn. They did not have a functioning women’s bathroom. One stall was out of order and the other did not have a toilet seat. The entire thing was removed and propped up against the wall. Would never come here again even though the food in general was good with the exception of the hush puppies. We had the boudin balls, fried catfish, Cajun fries, sweet potato fries, and beignets. The tarter sauce was not good it tasted low quality.

A friend of mine suggested this place months ago, but I figured it was a pretender… I Was Wrong!
