Ordered a pizza online at 430 got a text saying it would be ready 5:01-5:16 then got another text saying they were busier than usual and it would be 5:21 -5:36. By 6 no pizza, called 3 times and waited for 5 minutes each time and spoke to no one, had to go pick it up and it was cold and no good!! Worst service ever!!! Here’s a little piece of advice, if your delivery is going to be a hour late, you should call the customer and not have them come looking for their food upset. Then, I was promised a refund for their cold pizza. I had to do it through the app then they denied it! What customer service. Instead of trying to make it right. They made it worse. Never again!!!

This was my first time since the new owners took over. I cannot say I have more than a single complaint and that it’s a bit pricey, BUT, all worth the tiny extra for the pizza. I got Large bacon and globs of ricotta cheese (red sauce) and it was AMAZING!! The crust isn’t as crispy as it used to be but the quality of the cheese is the best part for me. Even though it took a bit longer than they said (Sunday 530-6pm busy busy) the service was extremely nice and communicated with me the whole way instead of letting me sit there and wonder. Highly recommend ordering your next pizza pie here!

For great food and service, Monster Pizza is the place to go. While I love their pizzas, their cheese bread is my favorite. It’s a hand tossed garlic bread with a healthy amount of at least 2 cheeses with marinara dipping sauce.

Apparently a local favorite! The pizza was fantastic! He made it just the way I asked. A small pizza shop, carry-out only. Absolutely worth stopping in! I’m from a couple hours north of the location, but I will stop in again when I come back down to Floral City.

This is their Cesar salad. Cost $5 for a bowl of lettuce and croutons. I ordered a large half pepperoni and half sausage onion banana pepper, cost $18. Charged the cost of a supreme yet only added up to two full toppings.the pizza barely had any cheese. The crust seemed hand tossed yet didn’t rise so the dough was old. Or was an old frozen pizza crust, either way was gross. Web site not up to date either. Said they are new owners but yet failed to update the website. Isn’t that business 101? Ordered half order cheese bread $5.50, dough was sour. Definitely old. Offered no receipt. The driver said he needed the paper back when I put it in my pocket. Totinos makes a better pizza
