Absolutely amazing. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to speak negatively of this place aside from self entitlement. The service was great, the food was true to culture and phenomenal. So everyone can get rid of their Panda Express expectations and come get some real mandarin food. 5 stars hands down they deserve better customers. They deserve more business.

We’ve always had great experiences with New Mandarin House, both when ordering carry out and when dining in. I highly recommend the Ta-Chin chicken, a unique dish that I haven’t seen anywhere else. They are great about customizing their dishes to your requested spice level.

The “old” Mandarin House was amazing, the “New” one is awful. We walked in and we’re smacked in the face by the overwhelming smell of old grease kept at too high temp. It was inescapable. This is place we used to eat at nearly every weekend until the old folks retired & the kids took over. The quality went way down, the prices way up, and service is non-existent. There was only one person there eating, yet our table was filthy. I didn’t want to stay but Hubs had his heart set on his favorite dish. We ordered 4 crab Rangoon and hot tea. The little tea pot and cups are gone, as is decent hot tea. The CR weren’t awful but they were greasy tasting. Hubs dish was so bad he didn’t finish it, a first. Over all, it’s not an improvement in any way. It’s sad, really. It was a top notch, always packed, favorite place. Now, we won’t be going back.
