I received several recommendations about trying New Hong Kong Restaurant and I finally had the chance to visit them recently. I must say I was very satisfied. They are so good, I had to have them twice in one week. They are now my go-to spot for Chinese take out! First day, I tried their garlic wings and shrimp fried rice. The wings were delicious and I love the fried rice. Second time, I ordered General Tso chicken with pork fried rice and an order of wings with garlic powder sprinkled on top. I have zero complaints about this place. They are very reasonable in comparison to other Chinese restaurants in the area. Their menu is pretty extensive and has a lot more to offer than your average Chinese restaurant in the area. You know the food is good when it’s in the hood. I’ll definitely be returning.

I’m crazy about the food delivery and taste of the food. There’s one thing that bugs me tho… If there’s something not right with your food and you call to tell them about it..(respectfully) I may add…, Ur not a complainer or critic of the food, I think customer service should respond by apologizing and making an offer to accommodate you by sending another of the same upon the return of the item. Instead, you get, “ask the food is the same there’s nothing wrong with it, it always is the same”. Not always. Nobody’s perfect. I still order from them tho. But, respect the people who spend money in your establishment.

This was another try at a restaurant based on a Wan Miz YouTube video that I saw. He raved about this place so I had to try it. I got crab meat egg foo young for the first time…delicious and tasty. The garlic wings were very good too. The vegetable fried rice had broccoli, carrots, beans sprouts, onion, pea pods and egg (I asked for certain veggies to be excluded). The shrimp rolls were crispy and light. Hands down on the strength of this meal alone…it was the best Chinese food that I’ve had since I’ve moved to the Camden waterfront. I will be ordering more items from the menu to see if the Nu Treez hype is 100% solid.

First time I order food wasn’t that good, decided to give them a second chance so I place an order around 10:24pm I lived 3min away from the place. Around 10:44pm they call me told me the food was on the way. I’ve waited until 11:20pm almost an hour and still no food so I called back and cancelled the order. If your business is going to deliver make sure they do it at a decent time specially if they call you and tell you that your food is on the way. I literally live 3min away on car and walking maybe like 6.
