A local diner located in a small plaza next to a liquor store. They serve breakfast all day, but they also offer a variety of sandwiches and entrees. The pancakes are made to order and you can pick from a choice of mix-ins, such as chocolate chips and banana. This place really exceeded our expectations in its quality of food.

I went for the Homemade Corned Beef Hash, priced right at $6.99 (or get the combo 3) and, bonus, they have sausage gravy. Crowded on Sunday, quick seating, as someone just left. The Corned Beef Hash was deceiving at first look, so I just dug in (after dousing with some Frank’s Hot Sauce) It was exceptional, consistent corned beef chunks surrounded by ground corned beef and minimal potatoes. It’s top 10 in my corned beef hash eating history. The sausage gravy on my scrambled eggs was very good, the sausage was present and not overwhemingly sausagey. The hash browns were not to my liking, I think I would of liked them if I ordered them crispy, I’d like more onion pieces also. The service was as good as it gets. A great experience and great food.

The turkey club was AMAZING!! Clam strip entree also delish! Came in close to closing and staff still very friendly. We did not feel rushed. The pies looked spectacular!! The portions are big so had no room for pie this time. But maybe will save room next time!!

Always a great experience at the New Hartford Diner. Lots of selection. I decided on the turkey club & it was exceptional. I love the addition of the increased outdoor dining. Will be back, maybe for breakfast next time.
