To start, the wait time at the busiest time of day was around 5 minutes, then we ordered and it took around 25 minutes. We got the food and man was that good. I highly recommend the country fried steak or chicken and the okra. Once we finished our meals, we ordered peach cobblers and I don’t think in my life I have ever had better peach cobbler. Please do yourself a favor and eat here for lunch.

Old time diner atmosphere, true southern hospitality, phenomenal flavor, and incredible list of options.

Not fancy but delicious! We had breakfast on our way home from vacation at Lake Arrowhead. The biscuits melt in your mouth and the pancakes are big enough to get one for the table and share! Since the food was made to order, it was not fast…but worth the wait!

I know the food is cooked to order and we planned for that however we were still eating our food fast as it took an hour to get it. We ordered as soon as we came in 3 people and other people 2 – 4 in party (several tables of people) got their food, ate, paid and left before we even got our food. Maybe they called and ordered their food beforehand but I don’t believe everyone of the tables that I saw come in after us did that. We will do that the next time we go if we are going somewhere else.

The food was good country cooking. I would recommend anyone wanting to try a new restaurant, come try this restaurant. Good family atmosphere. I ate the Fried catfish, Fries and Mac and Cheese. And delicious sweet tea.

Such wonderful people and terrific food. We brought a group of 15 over for breakfast after my mom’s funeral, and they couldn’t have been kinder and more accommodating. My family has decided that every time we go to the cemetery to see my parents’ sites, we’ll stop by and enjoy breakfast or lunch. Very highly recommend.

Post-Court breakfast for this out of town (well-Atlanta) lawyer. Don and Virginia were great. Everything was delicious. Wonderful country ham and amazing cheese grits and hash browns (don’t judge me). Coffee was really good too.

Hidden local gem. It’s a meat and 3. Nice portions, friendly service, cheap prices. Bathrooms are horrendous and reek of sewage. Do NOT touch anything…walls, door, floor, nothing…black filth everywhere. Kitchen however, was clean and spotless as was the dining area.

Good hometown style country cooking. I enjoyed the grilled flounder, blackeyed peas, green beans, Mac & Cheese and corn bread. Good service.

No frills French toast and bacon. Bacon nice and crispy and the French Toast just like Mom would have made with Wonder Bread:)
