New Flavor of India offers a lunch buffet on weekdays from 11am-3pm. I came on a Friday at 12pm and did not have to wait for table. I also ordered a mango lassi which was creamy and delicious!

Though I’m not an Indian food expert, I must admit that I absolutely love butter chicken, and the one served at this place is delicious!

I was searching for an Indian restaurant at Rosemead after I dropped my wife at her office. Since I need to wait for sometime at Rosemead I wish I could go to some Indian restaurant and have some Indian snacks or some light food.

Giving this place a five star because of the amazing and the yummiest momos I ever had. These schezuan momos were a delight for my tongue. Every bite was a blast of flavors and goodness. Same can be said for veg biryani, not a spicy one as usual which was great!!! Chilli paneer and noodles were also worth the price.

Questionable cleanliness. I had the buffet and I found a long hair in the butter chicken tray so I notified the waiter there. His reply was “it’s a long hair” implying that I’m at fault for this. The bathroom was out of soap and it wasn’t properly maintained.

Wow! This spot caught me completely by surprise. It’s kind of lowkey but I’m telling you right now the food is absolutely top tier and if you like Indian cuisine I can’t recommend this place enough. Make sure you order Garlic Naan and treat yourself to a glass of Masala Tea to wash it all down you won’t regret it. They have all your favorites butter chicken, samosa, Saad Paneer, spring rolls, all the staples of Indian food!

First timer here. The food is very delicious. I recommend the shrimp fried rice and chicken masala with #1 pan bread. It is full of flavor and can taste the different spices. However, the portions are small and price is in the expensive side. It did not fill me up.

The lunch buffet at that price is really good. 4 curry dishes plus tandoori chicken, especially the Mutton curry was better than expected. People like thin naan, they will love their garlic naan.

My first time trying Indian food was here and it still ranks number one for me. I’ve tried several other places, but nothing compares to the quality and taste here. Creamy butter chicken and tikka masala, savory goat and chicken curries, tasty appetizers, perfect rice. Service is great too. Friendly staff and shout out to Hari for being an amazing staff. Been coming here for several years now and I’d have to have their food at least once a month. I ordered take out mostly during the pandemic and will always be coming back for their lunch buffets.
