We ordered online and by the time I got to the establishment the order was complete. Fast filling and good meal. I really liked how they bagged our food securely. They used a large brown paper grocery sack and at the bottom had a piece of cut cardboard. It was wonderful! It kept my food extra safe and secure all thr way home.

Ordered online. Went to restaurant, no order. I don’t think they check online orders frequently. Food is decent. Chicken wings are pretty good. Ordered beef with Chinese vegetables, came with only 2 vegetables (kinda disappointed since I was expecting more vegetables). Will order again someday.

I Order combination fried rice and gave me some other plate. And i asked for some hot sauce she gave me not even a tea spoon of hot sauce. For two plates we order. She said 1 sauce for 2 plates.

My order: wonton egg drop soup, 4 wings & CHICKEN fried rice, and an egg roll (chicken). I ate the egg roll in my car; it was smaller than a NYC egg roll but tastey enough. It was several hours before I got home and tried the soup (good) and wing combo. The problem was they gave me PORK fried rice and the chicken frying technique was a bit dark.Given the number of times the lady repeated my order, it should have been accurate.

Im very disappointed in how the service and food here are not very consistent. Sometimes it’s great, other times it’s meh/just okay. This was my go to for Chinese food because other places are real bad but my recent visit on 1/25/2023 left me feeling like I need to find a new place. Long story short they gave another customer my order. That customer brought my order back in after they had opened and looked through everything and the restaurant took it looked in the bag, stapled the bag back together and handed it to me. All this while I was standing there waiting and watching. They didn’t even offer to remake my order or apologize and really thought it was okay to give me the food after that. I was disgusted with it and no longer in the mood for the food but I didn’t even bother to complain because there was a line of people waiting so I just left and trashed it. All the containers were open and one even had food spilling out of it. I found this to be very unsanitary and bad practice, this will probably be my last visit

I supposedly ordered online… got there and was very rudely told that the order number was supposed to be 4 numbers not 16. The cashier then proceeds to take my phone out of my hand to put my order in, and which I thought was a little rude. I sat there for a good 30 minutes just for soup!! The restaurant was also full of other customers who were very rudely taken care of !! It’s very sad because the food here has always been good… but not returning after this !
