I ordered general toss chicken they gave me a whole different meal. My tried to explain it to the lady she got very disrespectful did not want to give are refund back mind you we were just asking for the refund on that plate not the whole meal. She hung up in his face. I ordered from them for a long time she is very disrespectful. The meat they gave me tasted old and look wierd

Family Ordered delivery,, Good news food was hot. Beef and broccoli combination platter was horrible. Beef had no flavor and was more fat than beef. Fried Rice was bland with no flavor . Had to add soy sauce. Egg rolls were undercooked. Not sure what happened. Awhile ago( months), thier food was awful. However,, the past few times their food has been outstanding. We figured they got a new chef. History has repeated itself. It will be awhile before we trust to order from them again.

The food is always great. But the beat part is the always friendly and kind delivery man. Not sure if his name was Jackson or Jason but anyway my house is hard to find at night but he took the time to call me and get directions. And he is one of the biggest reasons I order from this place. Also he’s never pushy about the tip which I appreciate unlike some Chinese food places. Would recommend if you want good food and a great delivery man.

Excellent Chinese food best I’ve had in years. The ribs , chicken wings , teriyaki meat sticks were all perfect and moist. Sweet and sour chicken with porkfried rice were great as well plus eggrolls and more. My family loved everything and we will be ordering again!

I don’t even want to leave 1 star for this experience tonight. My husband and I have supported New China Star for 10 years as it’s so hard to find a Chinese restaurant with food that we trust. Tonight we order our normal, one of which was Singapore Mei Fun. We all had some, but my son and I who first ate some, felt the flavor was a bit off tonight, so I ate a small portion and didn’t bother with the rest. My son was not as fortunate as while he was eating his portion of SMF, he spotted a cooked bug. He showed us, and we didn’t want to believe it, but it was so. That was enough to be done with this place. We will NEVER EVER again eat here. I’m sorry, as I don’t like to usually leave reviews for restaurants, especially because we’ve been going to them for so long, but I’m also not sorry because I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience this.

They’re thieves I went there to purchase a meal I was hungry and I was at work on new years minutes after 7pm I order egg roll and beef meal.i asked the cashier if I can get the egg rolls to put in my lunch bag I had to keep them warm. She was processing my pay I had my purse in my hand with all my ideas money almost $400 in cash my rent I drew in money order every one of my life ideas included mine and my daughter Green cards. We did some transactions and we needed to have those and I didn’t get to exchange my bag I never walked with those I just was busy all day. Anyway I got back my card from her put it in my purse she handed me the egg roll I put it in my bag leave my purse on thier counter in afresh to go back to work

They came and told me that a small soup gets 1 noodle and a large gets you wait ……no you guessed it only 1 noodle .so after the owner comes to my house to tell me now they decided to stop giving to I said ok thank you for doing it this time .lol as he left then a hour later charged my card another 2 bucks plus tax of course and wonders if I’ll be calling him again and I did order from them yesterday too as well as at least 3 times a month so over a .50 noodle at tops you lost 1500.00 to 2000.00 lol go somewhere else they stopped giving you egg rolls to with your meal what a shame
