I’ll never order from this place again. I ordered a chicken broccoli combo and the rice was horrible , the broccoli was crunchy and the chicken was rubbery. For my free item which was a pint of pork fried rice it was something I wouldn’t even give my cat.

Will no longer order from New China. The woman who takes the order is extremely rude. Called to inform them that one item was wrong order (pork fried rice not pork lo mein) and specified I was not trying to get new dish. She then berated me telling me I ordered the rice and hung up the phone. I have ordered from New China for years and their customer service has gone to the crapper.

I hate them I use to eat here almost everyday but now I HATE THEM I won’t order fro shy from here…..the new owners are very disrespectful they are not kind they have no patience the rush your food and I’ve watched them make people’s food and let there sweat drip all over the rice or chicken or what ever they are making , they dnt wipe the sweat from they forehead while cooking they just let it drop it the food which is very disgusting!! The lady at the front desk always has an attitude while taking orders and they like to over charge and takes people change.. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM HERE & I SUGGEST NOBODY DOES EITHER ITS NOT WORTH IT BRING THE ORIGINAL OWNERS BACK!!!!!!
