I have been to New Asian Panda many times. I always order the Singapore rice noodles with vegetables, mixed vegetables with tofu, Szechwan green beans, and spring rolls. Love their food, consistent every time. Fast service and good price. I will stop in again on my next visit to Richmond.

I’ve gotten take out from here several times and it’s my new go-to for Chinese. Everything I’ve tried has been wonderfully prepared. Everything fried has been light, crispy, and not greasy. The entrees are all flavorful, well seasoned, and not oily. And the items listed as spicy are actually pleasantly spicy! I look forward to exploring the menu further.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken, broccoli with garlic sauce and a small wonton soup. Ask for delivery so I also tipped $5, bringing the total to $29+. Delivery time was acceptable I did not have any sweet and sour sauce for my chicken, the broccoli and garlic sauce was ok. The wonton soup, however was clearly microwaved and at room temperature on delivery. After I called about the sauce being missing, a representative told me that someone would bring it to me but by the time he got here it was too congealed to eat. I expected better quality and perhaps larger portions based on the price of the menu however, my standard Chinese food places in my neighborhood offer better pricing and better food.

I ordered off of seamless this evening. I was so impressed I wanted to immediately write a review sharing my experience. I ordered beef with broccoli, fried rice, and an egg roll. I am very particular about Chinese food, and rarely find a place that I enjoy. Every item I ordered was exceptionally prepared. The vegetables were crisp, they were not sparse with the meet, the sauce was flavorful, and nothing was over or under cooked. I requested extra duck sauce which was also provided, a detail I have found is often overlooked by other restaurants. Lastly, while this is a small detail to many the man who delivered the food (I believe his name was Darren) was pleasant. I often have found when I order food of the tip is already included many of the people will simply hand the food over without even a hello or a thank you. I will absolutely be a return customer and highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for some delicious Chinese takeout.

Consistently disappointing, not bad food just flavorless and very basic. I keep trying but the beef on a stick is all fat, the sweet and sour chicken doesn’t come with onion or peppers like most other restaurants, the sauce tastes really cheap and they didn’t give me any fortune cookies with my order! It’s seems like they’re skimming a lot of corners and I rather pay another $5 to enjoy my meal.
