Wanted to try a new place. Stopped in at 06:30pm. 2 waitress with no crowd. Menus then drinks were prompt. We both order surf and turf wife requested salad. Had to remind the waitress about the salad after 15min. 50 minites after the salad the food came out. Steak was tasteless, potatoes tasted like out of a box. Green beans were warmed over and cold.

Listen, 4 Stars for a small craft restaurant is at the very high end for me. The food was great, service was great, attentive, atmosphere was very basic but quaint. Would definitely recommend if passing through Jacksboro.

Fun little place to stop if you’re passing through. We had the brisket nachos in the neri club with battered fries and enjoyed them both. Their desserts looked wonderful but we were full. It was also a lot of food for the price.

Yummy food!! We go to restaurants all the time in DFW where we live – passing though – it was sooo good. I have chicken salad and husband had loaded nachos – we will be back FOR SURE!!

This was the first and last time my husband and I will EVER come to this place. The wait staff cleaned a table off next to us, wiped all the mess in the floor and just left the trash. Our food took 45 min to get, I had to ask for my salad. When we got our food, the steak was absolutely tasteless, box mashed potatoes would have been better and the green beans tasted like rubber. All in all…the place was dirty and the food was horrible!!!!

Went with a big group of my biker family and the food was top notch. Everything on the table was great. Our waitress was phenomenal and very helpful.

My dad and I stopped here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. The food was great (the chocolate pecan pie is to die for!) but service was below average. It was not busy but the numerous servers that were there at the time were not attentive and often had to be flagged down to place a drink order or ask for anything. I had the philly cheese steak and a michelada, the bartender made the michelada perfectly.

This is exactly the sort of place that you’ll be glad to find while driving across the state. As an interstate highway avoider and a chain restaurant despiser, I’m often driving through small towns when hunger forces me off the road. Pickings are often slim, as they say, on the back roads, but you can occasionally stumble across a hidden local gem. Neri’s is even better than that. Rather than your typical small town diner, this is an impressive restaurant with a varied menu, attractive daily specials (food and alcohol), and a charming location in an old firehouse. We loved our turkey wrap with sweet potato fries and the chicken enchilada special. I’m actually looking forward to stopping in on my return journey.
