Nice Malaysian food here! A little on the pricey side, but the roti canai is spot on, lamb curry was delish, and they have more modern or fusion takes on other dishes, like Chinese pork belly or fries brussel sprouts. Closing in one month though. 🙁

We arrived an hour before closing, it was quiet and they were already cleaning up. However, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Great evening dinner date spot, or the perfect place for a get together with friends. Prices reasonable, food is fresh and tasty. Fengshui is a good description.

Neo is absolutely the Best. We have been eating there for years. Have not found anything we did not like. Best Hot & Sour soup in Tucson! Make sure to get Crispy Noodles to go with it. They will spice any dish to your liking. Great friendly service, kitchen can be slow if they are really busy. When we have a large group (15 or more) we give plenty of notice and they will customize the menu and will start cooking ahead of time so the food starts flowing right on time.

We dined at this famed restaurant for dinner on Christmas evening. We made our reservation for a table at 6:30 pm and showed up a few minutes early. It took nearly an hour before we were seated. Then another 30 minutes for the waiter to show up to our table. Our waitress was very polite and hard working, but it was just very slow service with one dish being served to our table at a time. We were not done with our dinner until 10 pm. Seemed very short staffed in the dining area as well as in the kitchen. Their dishes are very tasty and special. But the overall experience was somewhat bizarre.

First time I went my girlfriend took me food had no flavor or seasoning. Second time again was still no good, service was okay both time nothing special. Third time I took my daughter’s. There were only two older ladies working the floor and the wetter slow plus disorganized. The food again had no flavor and no seasoning. They didn’t give us enough rice for the people, I had to ask for extra rice two times. Rice is not expensive so why are they being cheap I know this because I cook a lot. I ordered sizzling banana desert and it had no caramel on it like the menu said. I asked for it and they said they have none, so why wasn’t I told this before I ordered it. I would have never ordered it; you can’t explain something on a menu than hand it out and tell the customer sorry we have none after you give it to them. The customer ordered food off the menu to experience what the description says. I had better flavors at other restaurants around town. I am a foodie and I eat everywhere once, I have them three times and still couldn’t get it right. Don’t waste your money.

not only is the food excellent here, the price is also fantastic. we have only been here once, but i would recommend it to anyone who would like to try Malaysian food. the vegetarian options were really plentiful, and the portions were not too big. i dislike having huge ‘american sized’ portions. i like the whole dining experience…soup to nuts. big portions often fill me before the meal is over. this restaurant completes the dining experience end to end.

Food was great, the Pad Thai and Malaysian fried rice took me and my wife right back to the streets of Bangkok and Phnom Penh, but the service was super slow. Not enough staff and no front end manager directing or organizing. No one to seat us, had to do that ourselves. took 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order, really slow water refills, really slow bill, etc etc. Hire some more staff and a competent front of house manager and you’ll have a 5 * restaurant. willing to give it one more try cause the food was so good.

Delish food, Tina and the servers are always so friendly. The pork wonton soup is really good, as well as the roti canai and the lambak are really good, their food is on the spicy side and not for weaklings! The mango sticky rice dessert is my favorite! Sometimes it’s a little quiet but overall the restaurant is one of our repeats that never fails to satisfy.

Good service, yummy house made ginger ale. Both my husband and I ordered the house specials. I ordered the sea scallops special for $19, literally served 3 medium sized sea scallops barely larger than quarters. I was so upset I lost my appetite. Will not patronize again

Tina was so attentive to my sister’s dietary restrictions (gluten) and went out of her way to help her find good options as well as requested our pad Thai be gluten free without even being asked. She also had great reccomendations on the food. We greatly enjoyed the fried rice, the curry, chocolate cake and fried bananas with a pear-tini before dinner. We will be back for sure- a dining experience to be relished not a place to grab a quick bite.
