The owners of this place should be totally ashamed with how this business has taken a nosedive. There was a time in town where there was a line out the door for Neo. Now it’s completely empty at lunch time on a Saturday. I asked for a little bit extra dressing and they wanted to charge me $2. $17 later and I’m buying a salad that I was able to get for nearly half of that just a couple years ago. $2 for an extra squirt of dressing! Ridiculous. I was shocked when I found out I didn’t have to pay extra for utensils.

A lot has changed. For one, they take cash but DO NOT GIVE CHANGE. So you better take your debit card or have exact change on you. Also there’s no salsa bar anymore. It sits there empty, mocking you. The prices have also gone up since I lived there. Judging by the very few people in there during lunch hours I’d wager their clientele agrees. When I lived in Asheville this was my favorite place, it was underwhelming when I stopped there last week on a road trip.

It’s a shame that this place has one of the best burritos I’ve had. We had to wait 45 minutes after the online order said it should be complete. They served walk ins first even after we had arrived and were waiting for our online orders. Also a man came in asking if they’d seen his sword

Very overpriced, slow service , Neil brito used to be good but it’s gone. Downhill drastically. Won’t be coming back again , one of the employees was just sitting in the back. Doing anything. Wow. I waited for at least 5 minutes in line to even be acknowledged and taken care of.

It’s ok but the quality of their service has gone way downhill while prices skyrocketed. $17 for a single burrito? Not worth it. No salsa bar, chips were stale.

Im very sad to report that, the pandemic was cruel to these folks. Quality, service, and just overall feel has diminished. I hope this local establishment finds their footing and bounces back. Best of luck!

I decided to try Neo Burrito for the first time today and it’s soooooo good! I got the jerk burrito and it’s such a perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and savory. I’d never had pineapple salsa before but that set it off for me Love the taste, love that they’re so environmentally conscious, and I definitely plan to visit again soon!
