I tried their red enchiladas with ground beef last time and they were so delicious. I ordered flautas for my grandmother as well and they were also tasty. I believe they were part their special of of day because it came with sopa de fideo which was also very delicious. Nena has always been friendly the times I have gone to order food. I look forward to ordering here in the future.

My husband was born in Fabens so we came to visit. We stopped by NENA’s to eat. The food is so delicious and the atmosphere very comfy. The hospitality was superb! We decided to come again this weekend and brought other family members. They loved the food! The tripitas are to die for! The menudo was the best they had ever tasted! My wife and I went to Fabens to buy honey. After seeing good reviews about Nena’s we stopped in for lunch. Nena was so gracious and the food…absolutely fantastic! My wife had the Chile relleno plate and I had the Mexican plate. We both loved our meals. The chips were great so we bought a bag to take home with us. Her soup was great and we bought some to take home with us for my wife’s cold. We will most definitely be eating there again.

We went to Nenas based on reviews. I ordered a combination plate to go, and it was absolutely delicious, and very fresh. Tha best chili rellenos I have ever had, with just the right amount of cheese. The rice, beans, tacos and flautas were all delicious. About 1 mile off I10. Take Fabens exit.
