Had the State Champ burger with a “Mango is Our Middle Name” beer; very good. I definitely recommend.

Stopped in here for the first time and I honestly didn’t regret it. I needed to grab lunch while I was out here for work.

I use to love Nelly’s till they moved. It use to be very family friendly. I miss the old side. I don’t like how you have to walk in though the brewery and that you have to sit in the brewery or the side room. The drive thru is nice, however I don’t think it is very family friendly anymore.

The atmosphere was very welcoming. The food was fantastic! It was also served in decent time, especially considering they were short handed. The service was great, friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back!

We visited Nellys on our way home. The food has always been great and now with the new location you can enjoy the same good food with a beer too! Our bartender Tammy was very nice, she offered us samples as it was our first time at the new location. We noticed that they have a pour it forward where you can pay for a teacher, veteran, etc. to have a drink on you! I thought that was very neat. They also had a special area for law enforcement to sit and eat in privacy. The food was delicious and it was a great atmosphere! I had the jalapeño burger, my mom had a chicken sand which, and we shared chili cheese fries. I have never been a beer drinker but after sampling the mango beer they had, I had to get a glass! The new location looks great inside and to my knowledge, they still have the same menu items food wise. We will definitely be going back! Thank you to the bartender Tammy and kitchen crew!

I visited this place with my son for a pickup order. Despite giving them 20 minutes to prepare, my order was still incomplete when I got there. They forgot items like pretzels and cheese ($5.50) and a regular dog ($3.50), so I had to return to pick those items up. I also ordered a kids’ meal cheeseburger($5.50) with everything, tomato on the side. After getting home I realized that my cheeseburger had nothing on it. I’m usually am pretty understanding about stuff like this but after my entire order was messed up I decided to call in the hopes that I could at least get a replacement. Unfortunately, When I called to address the issues, the staff member was so disrespectful and condescending, offering a non-apologetic apology and before abruptly hanging up when I asked for a manager she rudely said there’s nothing we can do for you! This after messing up my entire order was definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The food quality is mediocre, but the terrible customer service experience overshadows it.

Food has always been top-notch. I do miss the old location, but having it in a brewey just enhances the experience. Now I can have a beer with delicious food.

It’s not table service. You have to walk back to the back of the other restaurant that it is inside of and order your food. We sat for 10 minutes before someone explained things. (She was wearing one of their shirts, but definitely not a server since they dont have them and at first attempted to ignore us saying “excuse me”)
