Seated ourselves and waited. Staff is busy. Had to ask for drinks. Cubans is non-traditional but delicious. Curds were good. Salad with chicken was not good. Bagged lettuce that wilted on bottom and the single, cut up chicken tender seemed cooked yesterday and was off. Waited for check as we got our own to-go boxes. No need to go back but in a pinch would do.

Neighbors’ atmosphere is the big win here. Sports bar feel with lots of TV’s and tons of pop culture memorabilia covering the walls. My favorite had to be the Han Solo frozen in Carbonite and Chris Farley Tommy Boy painting.

Atmosphere great (except for older couple making out and feeling each up at the bar) Food was absolutely nothing to rave about. If we go back – it will not be for the food. Got the cheese curds. Overcooked. Got the burger – over cooked and looked like they pulled it from a bag of frozen burgers you get from Costco. Onion rings blah. Greek salad w lemon chicken. The chicken was dry – again felt like they use frozen chicken. Salad itself was fresh. Drinks were good. We walked out w a $109 w/out tip – bill for 2 people, 1 app, 4 liquor drinks, a burger and a salad.

What a terrible evening. Broken system in which all servers have sections inside and out. Too much time wasted by them having to cover too much ground. We got no service outside so moved in. Bad service there too. Food so-so. Fries cold. Specials menu had no prices. So bill was a surprise. Avoid.

I come to Neighbors in Franklin all the time. The food is great, but the service… WOW! Megan at the bar, Kensi, Katie and Victoria have always done such an amazing job at customer service. They greet you as soon as you’re seated, get you a drink immediately after you order and have a smile on their faces the whole time. You can tell they truly love their job and it shows. This is definitely a regular spot for me.

Would love to review the food. Seat yourself, 10-15 tables with customers. Waited atleast 15?minutes while 4 different waitstaff walked by us atleast 4-5 times. Not a single person looked at us or acknowledged us. I tried to make eye contact with a couple – no success. The restaurant was maybe 1/4 full. The waitstaff was quick to say hello to their coworker who showed up. We do not expect immediate, appreciate being short staffed in today’s hiring environment. Felt like we had ‘ignore us’ tattooed on our foreheads. Walked down to the taco place.

I love this place! Hands down the best sports bar I’ve ever been to. The staff is always friendly and attentive especially Megan who I see either when I drop in for lunch or watching games on the weekends. She calls me by name and knows exactly what I want even before I can get the words out of my mouth! Thank you for providing such a great place to go with friends and family!

The atmosphere was very pet friendly. There were lots of fun things in the area. The service was extremely slow. We watched numerous others sit down, order, and get their food before we were even acknowledged. After receiving our food (which was incredible, BTW!!!), it was as though they were now done with us, and we would never need them again. We had to go inside and hunt down our check to pay. Found our server just rolling silverware and chit chatting it up in the back corner. We were there a total of an hour and 45 minutes to eat nachos (which were really great!) We just walked out in shock. Looked at each other and laughed. Really?? Ok, well … KUDOS to the chef!! That’s our takeaway..

Food is inconsistent, but very good when it’s on target. Unfortunately, the staff isn’t very interested in providing service. We’ve wanted to like Neighbors since its opening, but just can’t. It attracts a very “bro” crowd of all ages, which is weird for Franklin. When he’s in the building, Zach is so nice. I really want this place to succeed.
