We ordered a few appetizers all we good except the froed calamari. It was over cooked and rubbery. I ordered the skirt steak, but they brought out a strip steak. I informed the manager and he said I could keep it, but would have to charge me the price of the of the strip. So I sent the steak back and got the skirt steak z which took about 15-20 minutes to come out. The steak was good, but the Mac and cheese was bland. We finished with the American beauty dessert and we left disappointed. It did not come out as described on the menu. It was a tiny sliver of a piece of cake covered in reddi whip whipped cream and sliced fruit.

Restaurant is beautiful. Server was really nice. I’m giving 3 stars because the restaurant was ascetically pleasing but the food, not so much. The red sauce was absolutely horrid. We live in Jersey, we’re known for red sauce and unfortunately, this was not it. It tasted like prego jarred sauce with an excessive amount of oregano and had a high acidic bite. We also got a Cesar salad for the table… they definitely do not make their Caesar in house in which it tasted like it came out of a bottle from restaurant depot. It’s a shame the food was not good, they need to fix the recipes.

Great food !!Great service!!Great atmosphere!! We had a table of 11 and the waitress and all involved were absolutely amazing. They even offered to take family pictures for us. I recommend this restaurant to everyone!!

Food was amazing, service was amazing. Especially the hostess, I believe her name was Nidada. I was there on a Saturday and she got my group seated very quickly. I noticed her helping a lot, bringing food to tables and even helping clean tables. Overall an excellent place to eat and be at. HIGHLY recommend

Saturday night walk ins in Red Bank are very difficult! Already turned away with over 1 1/2 hour waits we tried at Neapoli. We have dined there before and always great but never really expected to get in. Hostess did seat us right away at cute little table for two near the beautiful wood framed windows that I love about this restaurant. Place got packed immediately but instead of sitting forever to be served we were treated like we were the only one in the restaurant! Our beautiful server brought drinks, bread, olive oil and took our order quickly with a smile. Our food was fresh and hot and seasoned beautifully. So easy to rush out poor appetizers but these were just perfect! All I can say is I’m so impressed with the service and food quality and the warm atmosphere! Keep doing it right ! Just a terrific Red Bank dining experience.

Came across NEAPOLI through word of mouth. Upon arrival, my girlfriend and I were treated amazingly with fast service, friendliness, and unmatched welcoming from the owner. Being new to the area, we were greeted with open arms as if we were family. Although we sat outside for coffee and dessert, the indoor decor and ambiance was luxurious and modern.
