I had an incredible experience at NC Coast Grill and Bar! The diverse menu catered to both seafood and non-seafood enthusiasts, and I was blown away by the delectable scallops, which might just be the best I’ve ever tasted. The views, though cloudy during my visit, were still impressive. Unfortunately, we missed out on the famed sunset views. The owners and staff were exceptionally accommodating, even seating our large group of 10 – 12 near closing time. The menu’s size was just right, offering a delightful selection without overwhelming choices. A memorable dining spot that I highly recommend!

We had a group of 7 with 3 adults, 2 teens and 2 little ones. They were able to seat us immediately with such a large group which was great. It was raining out so we sat indoors and it’s a very charming and relaxed dining area with fantastic views of the water.

A surprising find in Duck. Generous portions and eclectic fare very solid and filling. Forks are very un-ergonomic but that’s besides the point. It’s still one of the best restaurant’s on our vacation so far!

We picked one night of our OBX vacation to treat ourselves to a nice dinner out. We had great food, great service, and an amazing view. We were given the best seat on the patio (so glad we chose outside). Just a wonderful spot for a fantastic OBX meal.

Had an amazing birthday dinner with my wife and son. Jackie, our server, was great and helped us with our questions about the menu.

We always look forward to NC Coast Grill & Bar. Highly recommend all menu items. GF options for those with Celiacs. Beautiful waterfront dining on the sound in Duck, along the boardwalk. Sunsets are spectacular. Dog friendly. Suggest parking across the street in Scarborough Shops, as their restaurant lot is small.

We had the absolute best dinner! The atmosphere and staff were fantastic! The food and drinks were perfect. So much flavor, attention to detail and cooked perfectly. If you go, get the beignets! Best I have ever had.

We sat in the nice outdoor seating area. The service is great even though we came late in the evening and was the last table to be seated outside. They were very accommodating. The siracha shank is dried pork flash fried and served with tangy slaw. It was quite tasty. The ,”kilt less salmon” was absolutely delicious. The “ocean impaired” which is the grilled ribeye was absolutely delicious with just the right seasoning on it and the chimichuri sauce on top of it made it taste delicious. The “seafood Trinity” is delicious with the scallop, shrimp and lobster with pesto pasta. The flavor is absolutely delicious. We also got the bulgogi with rice and it was also good. We will be there to try all other menu items this restaurant has really delicious food!

Hands down the best meal we had while in OBX. It was nice to see an inventive, fresh and tasty menu when everyone else seems to be doing the same predictable fare. Mark was our server and gave great recommendations which in our case was the BOARD. So good with tastes of about 70% of the menu including beignets for dessert (no picture of those because we devoured them!!). Our only regret is that we didn’t find this gem earlier in our trip!
