This was so much better than I expected. The space itself feels brand new and fresh with total Mediterranean vibes. As a picky eater I was wary that I’d find options that I’d feel comfortable with but I was impressed with the ease of making selections and rounding out a meal. The food ended up being DELICIOUS. It had similarities to Cava but definitely different and unique. The appetizers packed a punch of flavor as well. My one qualm was with the staff, they seemed annoyed/disinterested but I’m trying to consider that this was likely a busy weekend. The main gentleman at the register was very kind and accommodating. I would’ve hoped for a bit of a rundown/intro for new people but I understand it’s pretty self explanatory and a business concept familiar to many by now. All in all, it was a pleasure to experience NAYA and I will certainly be recommending it and returning.

Naya is Part Middle Eastern Market and Part Salad Bar. I went today on Good Friday, April 4th. My friend I went towards the end of the lunch rush. We walked in and were a little worried about the table seating. It looked clean and comfortable the problem was it was packed, not as many tables as I had hoped, maybe they will add outdoor seating when the nice weather comes. However, crowded it looked it wasn’t an issue. Once we ordered we were able to get a table. It seems to have an even mix of customers eating-in as there were taking-out.

Build your own bowls and wraps. The food taste pretty good but they really do skimp on the ingredients. They add toppings so sparingly that my bowl was more like a kids meal. The lady working the counter was also unnecessarily cold and unfriendly. When asked for suggestion or how I should proceed to order, she didn’t want to give any and just told me to read the menu. They are fairly new so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they could be working out the kinks. I hope they improve.

I have been a fan of Naya since 2018, I used to get lunch from their midtown store. Very happy to see them opening a store in Paramus. Now I have one more spot to grab lunch on the go.

The best fast casual! Naya is better than Cava when it comes to fast casual Mediterranean. Definitely the best option in this area. Ingredients are fresh and flavorful without being over the top. Can be very clean too with the salad base!

Excellent service and food. When service of the staff and reassurance from the GM after your food, I couldn’t be more satisfied. Not sure about the negative reviews here (seems like people are out to get free meala) but from the service to the food, everything is 5 stars+. GM is certainly doing his/her job as I will be back and will be referring family/friends to this location. Keep it up guys & gals!!!!

Lovely restaurant. Very fresh food. Clean and neat. Nice break to have Mediterranean food when there’s so many other standard ethnicities around. Food was prepared extremely well and made allergen free.

Got the cubed chicken bowl and my god that was the driest chicken ever, then decided to give it another time and get the shawerma and they are they stingiest people with their portions on both occasions… its like they do it on purpose so you can get order the extra meat option. very upsetting because the flavors were great.

The food is pretty good if you’re into Lebanese style food. The spices are probably not for everyone but definitely taste pretty good for fast takeout food. I visited on the grand opening and the food was free, so I cannot complain. I’m not sure if I would be going back voluntarily but would definitely enjoy having the food.
