Just finished another excellent meal at the Nawab. My Crab Marsala in tomato cream sauce was to die for. This is real juicy fresh crab and lots of it. My husband loves their chicken dishes. The service is excellent and so is the wine selection. Oh, and I am now addicted to the Naan bread selection. So good. ♥️♥️♥️

I had the chicken korma and vegetable samosas and my sister had palak paneer and I don’t remember the name of her appetizer, but it was all very good. The spiciness was just as we asked for, so just right. Also had the Naan stuffed with potatoes, also very good. Were very happy with the food and service. Happily recommend.

This was by far the best Indian food that I have had ever in MY LIFETIME…..the service was exceptional we we seated and within 30 seconds we were meet by the waitress and she was extremely polite and very friendly . Every thing that was ordered was delivered within minutes. It was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had and the owner was in the building and came over to explain there philosophy of fresh ingredients and how important it is in the preparation of their food and it was amazing This is the best food I’ve ever had!!!!

Been on the road the last few days and was looking for something other than the typical fast food and everyday sit down chains. Came across Nawab and decided to check it out. So glad that we did. Everything tasted amazing! Even the beer was so smooth and delicious that we had to take a pic hoping to find it when we get back home to FL. It is not a fast paced restaurant but the payoff is worth it!!! The food is so fresh and flavorful that it just melts in your mouth. It was the best Indian food that we’ve had in years! Probably since our travels in India. Thank you Nawab!!

This place wasn’t half bad at all. I use to live by this place at one time and never really paid it any attention until tonight. All I can say is the food was extremely flavorful! I don’t think that I’ve ever had a bad experience at an Indian restaurant, this was wasn’t an exception. The food was tasty, hot, and fresh! The spice in the food wasn’t overwhelming either. I’d definitely eat here again if I was visiting Newport news.
