It was like a blast from the past to visit Naugles. Not sure if all of the menu items are the same, some are not. But, great food. They have Cheese Burritos, my favorite and not featured anywhere else I’m aware of. The tacos are great as well.

Burrito is fine, not authentic, more SoCal surfer flavor. However I’m giving 5-stars bc I used my Groupon, it was a lot of food for the price (I got #8 large burrito combo), self serve soda dispenser so free refills, friendly staff man & lady that I interacted with, easy parking, not crowded when I go there 6:45pm Wed.

Food was good.Beans seemed a little loose making the burrito hard to hold or eat. Long wait. One guy in the drive thru came inside because he was at the window a long time and it was too hot out. Took 20 minutes to get my food. I ordered at 11:19 am and got my food 11:39. There was the drive thru guy and one other person ahead of me that had already ordered before I got there and all our food came out at the same time.

I haven’t seen one of these in years. The food was plenty and was hot. The cashier was great and unusual for someone who actually know about their businesses. There were several of us reminiscing about the past location and she was knowledgeable on it.

Had to check the place out after seeing it on Netflix Taco Chronicles. If you’re a foodie and love food history and nostalgia this is definitely a place you need to visit. The tacos are amazing, they’re huge and hit the spot if you’re hungry trust me two will do you just fine! If you love crispy tacos you won’t be disappointed. The service was amazing as well. If you’re in the area it’s a must stop! From H-town with much respect!

Great food. The Tacos are amazing and very filling. The bun Taco tastes great too. Everything I’ve tried is excellent quality. Both the red and green sauces are fantastic. Service is always friendly and fast.

It’s been more than 30 years since I had last eaten at Naugles and the menu is different as is the taste of the food. I think the Mexican food is better than their American offerings like the cheeseburger and fries.
