SIMPLY GROSS! I got food poisoning! After eating here I didn’t stop vomiting and had diarrheah for over 3 days! The food tasted old and dirty. Everything has a weird aftertaste just gross and the place looks abandoned where are the owners of this place??!??

One word: Disgusting… Chicken was under cooked. Service sucked too ( they only attended me because they had to). And the menu board had papers that had hand written prices on it. How un professional.. I’ve gone to other chicken grill restaurants before; none have been as bad as this one. I won’t go to chicken grill ever again

This place really went down hill, and the raise in prices are laughable, considering the quality of the food is no longer there. I was also charged $2 more than what the price showed on the menu. I used to love this place, but I won’t be going back. Service was also horrible, as there was no attentiveness, or thanks after I had paid.

Bought a churrasco chop, completely underdone. Rice full of blood from the meat, disgusting. I’m usually not too particular if it’s a medium to medium well but this looked rare.

Stopped by after work. Called and asked if I could pass by since I was 5min past closing. They opened the doors for me and still took my order. Definite lifesaver. Even gave me a soda on the house. Definitely going back and referring friends

The older man cutting the chicken is VERYYYY rude and amargado. They don’t even give you a second to add toppings to your meal, everything is rushed and i was the only one there sooo??? Like If you hate your job that much then leave. The whole place is lagging and mediocre with flavorless stale chicken and weird tasting beans (sour?) Never going back. The customer service ALONE deters me and then the food sucked.

This was one of my favorite locations. Now I will never go back. Too many restaurants are using Covid-19 as an excuse to lower there standards and quality. This place has chosen to no longer offer good quality chicken and has eliminated the Orange Sesame sauce.. It also has stopped offering Snapple in the Glass Bottle, and they don’t have any Snapple at all most of the time. These were two of the main reasons I went there. Also, they selectively answer the phone sometimes not at all. My advise to the owners. You need to offer the products that make you different and better. I will miss this place.

You either pay with card and get charged 79 cents or pay with cash and have no change return ( even though it doesn’t say exact change only). Either way , they keep your money

Horrible customer service. two employees without masks talking over the food. I forgot my receipt.. when came back for my receipt, the lady super rude didn’t showed me the receipt she kept for the store… I never signed my receipt. Did she signed my receipt?? hopefully no extra tip appears in my check.
