Recommended by a friend to try this restaurant and their mango and corn soup. The soup was very good. However, the rest of the meal was regrettable. The tikka masala and vegetable korma , ordered medium spicy, was bland, lacked substantial curry or richness and tasted acidic and watered down. Vegetables appeared primarily from a can. Our server was stern, mono syllabic, and made no attempt at pleasant conversation.

Despite the rating we wanted to give this place a benefit of the doubt. Not the greatest biriyani. The biriyani tasted like it wasn’t fully cooked and masala’s weren’t blended properly because you can smell the strong turmeric. None of the dishes had right spice level either. Everything tasted very flat. They have lot of room to make improvements. But the server was pretty nice. Good luck!

We were there last week with friends & family and ordered paneer tikka, chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, Palak paneer, dal makhni, bhindi masala, garlic naan, tandoori roti, rice & mango lassis. Everything was delicious from start to finish. Naan was the softest I ever had. All the dishes were fresh, perfectly spiced and cooked. Owners are very sweet people, extremely accommodating & helpful. We had such a great time. Highly recommend! Best Indian food in Laguna Beach!

No desi taste at all, we ordered two different gravy dishes and that we were not able to first identify what is what, and also both of them were 100% identical. People from Indo/Pak region, do not go there and waste your time and money and get only frustration.

Easily the worst north Indian food I’ve had in LA. We came here by accident trying to go to the Natraj in Laguna Hills. Was very expensive and the only impressive thing at this restaurant is how bland they can make the food. Save yourself the trip, ignore the good reviews and eat somewhere else.

Delicious food that I missed for the entirety of the pandemic! I’ve been here many times and the food never disappoints. Their curry reminds me of my Indian grandfather’s home cooked meals that make me feel right back at home along with very friendly and welcoming staff! Also the mango lassi is very refreshing and I always look forward to getting one during my long walks along Pacific Coast Highway.
