We were so excited to see Naruto Noodles!! Oh my!!! Upon pull up, we have been searching for a good food truck on this trip. Not too many in Kauai. When we saw three we went ‘ oh yeah!’ Then we saw Naruto! Yes!

Epic! We had the garlic noodles with shrimp, tonkotsu ramen, veggies and rice, and Gyoza. Everything was delicious, I the garlic noodles were amazing!!! The ramen was legit. We have been to Japan twice and that ramen reminded us of our visits to Japan.

Food was great. We got the saimin noodles with Hawaiian chili and the local street style noodles. The saimin was a good but I think I would have enjoyed ramen more. My husband loved the fried noodle plate. I am rating 4 stars because they state that they open at 12pm but were not open by 12:30pm, which is when we left to do something else. By 2:30pm when we came back they were open. I completely understand opening a few minutes late but 30+ min seems a bit unreasonable.

An absolute must when in Kaua’i!! My husband and I were so excited to try these noodles after seeing the food truck and they did not disappoint! Annie the owner was so kind and serves up some mouthwatering food. We had the ramen, cha shu bowl, and the local noodles. Every dish was amaze especially the gravy for the cha shu bowl and the broth for the ramen!! Officially obsessed and can’t wait to come back!

Food’s alright. But if it’s the weekend you’re better off going to the BBQ food truck next door so you can get triple the amount of food for the same price. Portions here are bull**** for what you spend.

Average food, seriously slow (think 30+ minute wait). Do not recommend at all. This was a seriously bad, almost inedible dish, despite the presentation. Totally overpowered by the sauce, and not in a good way. Maybe the other food is better, as other reviewers have said, but we will never know

Great ramen, I tried the Tonkatsu and it was excellent. Picture was taken after eating a good chunk of it as it just smelled too good. Owners are also super friendly and enjoyed chatting about the food and the island in general. Will probably go back to try some other items on the menu

Everything was delicious, I would love to try everything on the menu, I think it’s all equally good!! The noodles are amazing and so are the people! I couldn’t decide between two of the dishes so they let us have a small sample of the plate I didn’t order (even though they were so busy!) so we could try it. Thank you!!

2.5 stars but I gotta round down for reasons that will become apparent. Let’s start with an overview: this is a food truck with a pretty extensive menu with many types of noodles and snacks. Others have commented on the wait time, but good things take time, no big deal. There’s a shaded tent in front so everything’s copacetic there. So let’s get down to business then.
