Wasn’t expecting such good food, and so much. Meat was stacked so high, with plentiful sauce (extra little tub came with it, too), that there was sauce and a few meat chunks stuck to the inside of the lid (see picture) when I opened the to-go container. Heavy container when I took it out of the bag- I knew immediately there was value inside.

Visited once. Great food and service. Second time I visited I placed my order in an empty establishment (12:52) waited ten minutes and it got busy. Stood up after 15 minutes, food was in bags on counter. Waited a further seven minutes for the cashier to get through the line of people. Turns out the food sitting there was mine. Severely disappointed the cashier couldn’t take a moment to just let me have my food instead they just let it sit there and get cold while helping others in line. It would have taken less than a minute. Got my food almost a half hour after ordering while people who walked in and ordered walked out with food before me. Ridiculous. Would give one star if it weren’t for the food. The food was great. Great portion size for the price too.

Always good food. The joint is happening but the line moves fast. They still had winter decorations up in June. And the lights where rather dusty. Could use a facelift. Won’t stop me from going though.

I’m so excited I got to have lunch hear again, the last time I ate here was pre-COVID. They have great food and staff work very hard since it can be pretty busy at times but they keep there smiles on and get food out pretty quickly. I enjoy their lunch special but also been here for dinner which is just as great. Again I will look forward to coming back. Thank you Nara Teriyaki!!!

This is a family run tiny place that feels like you stepped 30 years back in time. The meals are great, and very popular for takeout. As for eating in, pretty much serve yourself and bus your table when done. Despite this, you feel special, almost like family, when your meal is brought out. Very good!

Alright for a “hole in the wall” teriyaki place. Food was good (nothing outstanding but that being said no complaints either) portions are large and atmosphere is “so-so”…. would I eat here again? Yeah probobly, would I go out of my way to do so? Probobly not.
