Great thin crust pizza! Just moved to the area from Kenosha and this pizza is on par with what I am used to (Valeos, Derangos, Luigi’s). Great prices also, 13 bucks for a 12 inch pepperoni. Highly recommended!

I ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 pepperoni and the other cheese. Was not flavorful at all. I also ordered deep fried pickles and they were so soggy and disgusting. No one even spoke to say hello when I came in to get my order. I come to Union Grove because my sister lives here but I won’t be going back to this place.

Ordered a pizza for carry-out. It was slightly overcooked. But that was not the problem. It was horrible!!! I have had better cheap frozen pizzas. Lack of sauce, lack of flavor. It was like eating bread with minimal toppings. My kids who were picked up from a cold and rainy football game each had 1 piece and didn’t want anymore!!! I hadn’t eaten anything but almonds in 24hrs and was ready to eat half of any extra large, after 3 pieces I didn’t want any more. The picture is what I threw out. After 3 people would not eat anymore!!!

I took my boys and 3 friends. Between all 5 of us, none of us were impressed. Pizza was a no go. I had a burger, yes, at a pizza place and there was more bun then meat. Boys didn’t care much for the pizza either. Will not be going back.

As a small business supporter I never write poor reviews unless there is something exceptionally wrong and I have exhausted my options for having it corrected. With that said, I am completely disgusted with the lack of customer service from Napoli’s in Union Grove. They delivered the wrong pizza, acknowledged their error, and then refused to send the correct one because they were “too busy.” They just gave a few dollar Slyce credit for the price difference, and left me stuck with a pizza that I paid for and didn’t even want. I have been coming here regularly for nearly ten years, but will not be back or order from them again. Updated review to add photo of their work…

Admittedly the last time I’ve eaten here was 17 years ago. That being said, nobody comes close to these guys coast to coast. Good to see they’re still open. Maybe later this year I’ll stop through wisconsin again and get a pie or 5. Hope they’re half as good as they used to be!

I was not at all happy with the lasagna I ordered or the wings. I was hungry for some good Italian food but that wasn’t what I got. I’ve gotten food here before and it was OK but I can’t even say that this time. The girl that waited on me and brought the food out to my car was very nice.

The service is good but when you list in your menu alfredo sauce it should not just be heavy cream and butter. Perhaps someone should look up an authentic recipe for alfredo. It is supposed to be a buttery cream sauce with a cheesy and garlicky taste. Not whatever the bland sauce they are serving. I don’t mind paying good money for good food but you raised your prices but your quality got less. I have worked in customer service and the food industry for almost 35 years this is not alfredo sauce. Also when you give someone the wrong items you could at least apologize for when you make a mistake. Again I have no problem paying good money for good food. I have an issue paying good money for a poor imitation. Don’t advertise it as alfredo sauce if you don’t know what alfredo sauce is. You could do very well here if you fix a few things. Find a recipe for authentic italian alfredo.
