I hate not being able to give it 5 stars but over the weekend things were sloppy. 1 waitress for dine in and register. The place was packed. Our food was still hot and They have the best tasting pizza in Tiffin. Nice little place. They have thin crust and thick crust. Fresh toppings every time.

Napoli Pizza is a small business near the main part of town, but it does not lack creativity in their pizza. There are dozens of choices in pizza that come in 3 different sizes. I ordered the smallest, a 10” BBQ chicken, that came with pineapples. It was a delectable dish and it went quite well with their garlic bread. Although, the garlic bread was stacked on top of each other. This caused the cheese from the bottom piece to stick to the back of the top piece. Overall it’s a great pizza place in the middle of a smaller town.

Napoli pizza is one of my most favorite spots in town. I still have happy memories of eating their fold overs when I was very young. We eat here a couple times a month at least and they never disappoint. Servers are kind and helpful if you dine in and delivery is quick.

We ordered a large deep dish pizza to be delivered they asked if we were going to put a tip on the credit card we said no we have cash for the driver the next day my friend who put it on his card was charged double. We went into the place and they were unwilling to help they couldn’t show where the charge was removed. Very bad customer service. If they keep stealing from their customers they will be out of business soon. It was the first time and the last time I do business at this place

They must of had call offs as there were not enough staff to cover take outs and the dining room. Waited 45 minutes for drinks. However, the ham and cheese turnovers are amazing.
