We have ordered from this locations for 2-3 years now. We always have them deliver the order. The food always show up hot and fresh. We highly recommend Napoli!

Worst service ever. Ordered food and when we picked it up it was missing several items. Restaurant called to let us know that we were missing items but we were already back home. When we asked about a possible refund we were told absolutely not. Apparently it was our fault for not questioning our order. Horrible customer service. Our only mistake was ordering from there in the first place.

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce was like watered-down so bad. But had no flavor at all. It was like the size of a child’s order.

We love other Napoli locations. This location however sucked. We arrived 1 hour before close. We called ahead so the pizza would be ready when we arrived so we could get out quickly and not hold up staff wanting to go home. When we arrived, we were told we could not sit inside and eat our pizza because they were getting ready to leave. Mind you, it was exactly 1 hour before close and they only have 2 small tables and 8 chairs total , 400sq feet! I was then handed a box of pizza and told me and the kids could go eat outside. I have never been treated this horribly. We sat outside and attempted to eat the pizza. I had to go back in and ask for plates and a spatula. I was reluctantly given one with the condition that I bring them back in asap. I will never go back to this location. I hope Telni, the owner, handles this.

Well! I am from Philly and we have the best cheese steaks in the world. In Florida at Napoli the worst,chipped beef tiny 15.00 cheese steak. It was awful flavorless,and had about 3 ounces of whatever they call the meat they use. I cannot believe the cost vs content. Never again! The Pizza for 15.00 was small! 15 dollars for what. Taste was ok ,but size vs cost ridiculous

We ordered large pizza with sausage and olives presentation is very bad sausage is mashed in the pizza worst tasting pizza ever. Meatballs are really dry. Not ordering from this store again. Beware!

Horrible phone customer service! The girl answering the phone for delivery is rode hangs up on you in the middle of the customers sentence! I will not be ordering from this place! Pizza will never taste good if the staff is rode with no customer service!
