The food was great. Had to remind management about my alcohol taking forever to come out. My mom didn’t like her alcoholic beverage, so she sent it back. The waitress said she would take it off, but she only took part of the cost off. The atmosphere was great.

My son wanted to eat Italian food so being an Italian food enthusiast I had to find another new restaurant to try. We used to live near this area and didn’t know Napoli opened. To start, everything about Napoli is 5 stars. The entrance was nice, the outside patio was beautifully decorated, the inside ambiance was resemblance of Italy, and the staff was very welcoming. It was a Saturday night and I thought it would be super busy, but I didn’t expect to be seated right away. Our waiter was super nice and quick. The food, yes the amazing food, was delectable. Out of this world! We had the calamari, Angel Hair Pasta with Chicken, the KC Strip Steak special from the local farm, a pizza for the kids, a spaghetti with meatball for the other kid, tiramisu cake, and a Gelato pumoni. Let’s start with the calamari appetizer. I always try the calamari at new Italian restaurant and it did not disappoint. It was so good the kids, who don’t typically eat squid, ate most of the calamari. They even dipped the green sauce, OMG. The pasta was flavored to perfection; you actually don’t need a lot of sauce, but more basil would bring out the aroma more. The steak was cooked perfect medium to my liking and marinated so well you don’t need A1 sauce. I was most surprised by the freshness of the steak. The mashed potato was made fresh just like advertised as being a scratch kitchen. The kid pizza could feed two and it was also delicious. For the price, I could feed myself at a kid’s price, lol. My son loved his spaghetti and meatball. I never knew he could eat spaghetti that fast when I cooked it at home. He literally devoured it and went for the pizzas. As for dessert, I loved both the tiramisu cake and the Gelato. The pumoni flavor had little chunks of pistachios, I think, which made for a fun chewing experience with the smooth texture.

Wow. Just wow. My family and I adore wonderful Italian food and Napoli simply blew us ALL out of the water! It was my son’s birthday today and he really wanted some Italian food for his birthday dinner. Everything, and I do mean everything, was simply off the charts incredible! The bruschetta board they brought out with the meat, olives, bread, ricotta cheese, the tomatoes, the zesty sauce…that was just the appetizer! Their Sunday Sauce. Let me tell you something, I’ve been to Rome, Venice, and Florence. That Sunday Sauce as they call it came from HEAVEN! It’s the only explanation as to why it was so divine!

Napoli is in the top tier of restaurants. I dine here often, and am impressed at the level of culinary excellence and creativity exhibited by Jeremy Wade and his team. I have enjoyed Passport to Italy (twice), Eggplant Parm, Shrimp Verde, Steak (best in ict), Tiramisu, Italian wine, and Limoncello Martinis. I’m definitely coming back here for my next birthday celebration!

My wife and I had a late lunch here after having heard good things from people we trust and it didn’t disappoint! We started with sangria and carpaccio, both of which were delicious. We both wanted pasta but couldn’t decide between the cacio e pepe (bucatini with parm and black pepper) and the spaghetti Nero (squid ink spaghetti with crab and a super rich sauce). So they split them for us and we both got a small plate of each. We finished by splitting a limoncello (house made!) martini and budino (Italian butterscotch pudding) for dessert. Our waiter was knowledgeable, accommodating and enthusiastic. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of my favorite dining experiences, not only in Wichita but anywhere!

This was our first time here, and we will be back! We hadn’t really heard anything about it before (but I’m not originally from Wichita….), so we went in with no suggestions. I suggest you try it out! We started with their appetizer of mussels, which had a slow heat and tons of flavor! For dinner, I had the black pasta and my hubby had their duck breast. Both were really good. We finished the meal by sharing some seasonal pumpkin cinnamon donut bites and he had a chocolate martini. He said it wasn’t the best he’s ever had, but it was definitely good! Our waitress was also the bartender, but we never felt neglected. It was Wednesday- Wine Wednesday- so all wine on tap was $5 per glass

This is my favorite restaurant in town, hands down. My wife and I go often and I can’t recall ever getting one bad dish, everything is seriously so good. The beef carpaccio is, well… divine. Absolutely fantastic servers as well. This place has just continued to impress me and is always at the top of our list when we are dining out.
