This place was SO cute and the food is soooooo good! We were searching for a place to stop on the way back from New Orleans and this menu fit perfectly for our family of five. Big portions and served hot. We had catfish with caesar salad and Mac and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs, gumbo, a buffalo chicken panini and a kids grilled cheese and we all lovedddd our meals. The fries are amazing! The Caesar side salad was as big as a regular size salad other places. The croutons are soft with a crunch. They melt in your mouth and the flavor is perfect. The tartar sauce is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I hope we get the chance to return some day!

Food is always great no matter what you choose. The burgers and sweet potato fries are very good. I also loved the boudin balls. The service is fast and efficient and the atmosphere is casual and friendly. It does get crowded at times so go on their slower times to enjoy peaceful conversation with a friend! Great place and one of my favorites!

We absolutely loved the food! Very generous portions. Service was quick and staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was also very clean place and open with indoor/outdoor seating. My husband got the seafood platter and everything was so fresh and fried to perfection! The potato salad was fresh made and reminded me of a baked potato with sour cream, onion and bacon. It was not what we were expecting but pleasant surprise and went well with the seafood. I had the Italian Salad and it was so fresh and so big! We always share and we couldn’t eat near everything so took home leftovers. I highly recommend and we will be back!

I got the grilled chicken dinner with collard greens because I was trying to eat healthy. I hoped against hope that the chicken (i hate chicken breast) would be tender and flavorful. The dish was beautifully presented, and the food was amazing! The chicken was tender, juicy, and soooo flavorful, and the greens were some of the best I’ve had from a restaurant! I will definitely bw ordering this again! I thought I will feel cheated because I really wanted Nan’s amazing fried chicken, but I didn’t feel cheated at all.

The absolute BEST crawfish boudin eggrolls on the Northshore. We live for these anytime we visit. THE poboys are always generously loaded and tasty. Service has always been friendly, and we simply adore this pet friendly restaurant.

We stopped by after a long morning at the park for a tournament. We were visiting from out of state. The place was crowded, but we were able to be seated right away. The server provided some recommendations, which were great. I had the fried shrimp and brussel sprouts – large portions of both. Others in my party had the burger and said they were good.

The food is really excellent. I ordered a chicken club sandwich and got my money’s worth and then some and the fries omg I finished those before I got to my destination. The waitress was very friendly and courteous made me feel welcome. I am definitely going back and recommending if anyone is near please try it

Great service and food. We had roast beef poboy which was messy and delicious. Also got boudin egg rolls and fried okra as appetizers. Good selection of beer. The decor was nice. It’s tucked away off Florida st next to snow ball place. I would go back and highly recommend it. I wanna try a burger next time. Prices are also very reasonable.
