Oh Bill leave the phone calls and customer service to Eric. You silly man. I will never ever order from your establishment again. Not only am I great customer I also tip delivery drivers 10$ ….clearly Bill has no value for his customers. Spent $20 on GF pizza only to have nearly half stick to the paper so bad you can’t even peel it off. Perhaps if you know of this problem lay down a piece of foil….dummy.

Pizza was very good but a hour after our pizza was dropped off they charged my credit card again for $6. I called and said it was for a delivery fee but was never put on my receipt. I tipped the driver $10 in cash paid $23 dollars for the pizza and now they charge my credit card without approval for another 6 dollars? Maybe if I didn’t tip I would expect this but to just charge my card without asking is just wrong. Hope you enjoy that 6 bucks becouse you just lost a customer over it.

The food was great, which I’m not surprised because it is Nancy but what did surprise me was the great customer service and the friendliness. The reason I say this is because it took a long time for them to pick up the phone. But completely understood because they are understaffed. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Rustic crust pizza is where its at!! Whenever we crave pizza its only from Nancys. . you get what you pay for & the quality, quantity & taste is worth it here (not saying its overpriced!) everyone here is always so nice too, as oppose to other places who dont train their employees proper customer adequate.
