I love that Nancy Jo’s makes the best lettuce wrap hamburgers in town! They never skimp on the toppings and it helps make my meal so much more enjoyable. Plus they wrap it up nicely so it is easier to eat. Thanks for making the adjustments so people like me can still go out to eat with family and not feel like we are missing out.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was pretty good. I did ask them to cut it in half which they didn’t. The onion rings were extra greasy and a small portion for the price. The sausage corn dog was actually really good, but they had the syrup turned way down on the soda machine and the Dr Pepper wasn’t sweet at all. I would definitely eat here again because it’s close to my house but wouldn’t recommend it as exceptional. My bill was $24 with tip. Average burger experience.

Come here once in a while because I prefer it over 5 guys. But today was not great. Came in with my mom. Ordered my burger and said what I wanted on it (Lettuce, onion, mushrooms etc.) and asked for regular fries. Cashier then asked me i wanted Lettuce on my burger…I responded with yes nicely. Then my mom ordered her burger with her add-ons, added another regular fry to the order. We paid and waited. The cashier, Donovan, was on their phone behind the counter. I know having a smartphone is normal now a days but if you are gonna do it, don’t do it in front of customers. Then Donovan said that we had a drink, proceeded to hand my mom a cup. We didn’t order a drink but said thank you. Got our order and headed home. To find out on our receipt that we only were charged for one regular fry, not two. And the fry ended up being a large in the bag. And no soda was ordered at the register. I love Nancy jo food but I just wish this time wasn’t so disappointing.

The food was top-notch as always. The service was not bad. However, it was not great either. Four people were working, and literally, every table was dirty. When we walked in, the staff was standing behind the counter and chatting, and I actually thought it was cool that they work well together and talk as if they are friends.

I have no clue if this is just in this location or if all the Nancy’s changed in the last 2 days (the Lancaster Nancy’s is Amazing). but I ordered a bacon cheeseburger 8.95 small fry 3.25 and the fries usually comes in a small bag which is usually loaded. This location put a handful of fries in a tray, and about a quarter of which were just crispy ends with no real substance. I thought the tray of fries only came with the cheeseburger combo *shrug*… But that being said. The burger was noticeably smaller than usual as well!.. I always get the same thing every time I go in to a Nancy’s and can barely finish everything…This time however. I’m still starving and could easily eat twice what they gave me… What happened… For now Ill just suggest everyone try the Lancaster location.

This is a local burger place. We like to go here and support our local business. The food is great and prices too. We ordered take out, and realized that the order was not correct, when we got home. It was still good food and we didn’t go back. When we contacted the restaurant, Nancy herself gave us a full refund. Thank you Nancy for taking such great care of your business. We will spend that money on another great meal at one of your restaurants.

So disappointing! I’ve been coming here for years. My last two online orders have not processed. I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and they didn’t get my order. Their “machine” went down.

I just had an “Easy Rider” experience at this place… remember that old movie where the guy wants toast & the waitress says we don’t serve toast & he orders a BLT less everything except the toast? Well…..I wanted a burger basket. It says on the sign the burger comes with everything listed in black (typical stuff). I asked to drop the ketchup from the burger & the guy says “that’s not possible.” This is a joke right? I would need to order the burger and fries separately if I don’t want ketchup. (What?) and it will cost over 3$ more! Just to lose the ketchup!! Interesting. No thanks.

Very poor customer service. The two cashiers were on their phones the entire time. They gave our order to someone else, that person came back later and said she got the wrong order… they proceeded to give us that same bag that left for 20 minutes.. when I asked if they could remake the food, the guy freaked out and was frustrated. Very rude and won’t eat at this location again
