We had the 4 roll course plus extras on their soft opening and asked for less rice since we weren’t very hungry when we got there. The chef was very accommodating to our request. Everything came out accordingly and tastes great. My only negative was that the rice was somewhat undercooked and hard but they told us they are still finalizing the rice so it wasn’t perfect so I can understand that.

Came here for our hatsiyuki fix! Everything was delicious! Staff very friendly and courteous. Sushi chef pro skills with the knife. Area is closer to home now than hatsiyuki so location preferred. Thought they had run out of gindara but luckily had some left. My favorite was the salmon belly!! We had to order more. Chutoro also good. Had eel and shrimp tempura handrolls as fillers.

I just found my new favorite sushi restaurant in Dallas! Our meal was FANTASTIC! Every single bite is mouth watering. I highly recommend to anyone wanting true authentic and very fresh sushi, especially those who enjoy hand rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. Emily, our server, was very sweet, attentive, and fun to chat with! Henry, our sushi chef, was excellent and such took great care of us! We will certainly be back many times.

The hand rolls will change your life. Crispy, fresh nori wrapped around beautiful fish, prepared fresh in front of you. Only seating at the bar, and everything is made in front of you, moments before you eat it. The prices are reasonable too. So good
