So we ordered Baked Mussels, Chicken Karage, Miso soup, Soft Shell Crab, Volcano Roll, Fireman Roll, a crunchy Roll (unsure which one exactly as it was added later), and we had a Scorpion for an alcoholic drink. My friends ordered bento boxes, a tempura roll, tofu skin as well.

So my friend and I decided to try this restaurant and the overall experience was bad. Our waiter did not tend to give us a water refill nor did he ask how the food was. It was not busy too because it was right when they open

Conveyor belt doesnt work at the moment. Fancy and nice decor. Staff are nice too. Only put off was the sushi chef was sneezing and even though he was wearing mask, he was making sushi behind the counter so it was not appealing.

Very accommodating, fantastic customer service, chefs, and bartenders. Nami was able to accommodative our large group of 19 for teppanyaki on a Saturday. We called other location and was told we would be limited as to how long we would be able to occupy the restaurant, come at a different time and/or they could not accommodate that many people for a day before reservation. Nami did not hesitate. Nami gave my family an amazing experience. The teppanyaki chefs were very engaging and entertaining. Food was a bit salty, but everyone salty intake is different. Would recommend for an over all experience.

I had a reservation for teppanyaki but when I arrived a couple of annoyed girls told me that I have to wait at least 45 minutes to get seat. I decided to seat on a regular table instead because supposely (as waitress stated) the food was identical to the teppanyaki. We order a couple of teppanyaki combos and they bring pretty much everything at same time (so it is not like the teppan). The food taste was honestly below the others teppanyaki in fresno and the service wasn’t that great because, as I stated before, the waitress were annoyed and try to rush us to leave (I wasn’t even at half plate that they bring me the check). I don’t think I’ll be back.

Cashier was lost when she initially took my order over the phone understandable maybe she was new arrived at the 35 min mark after calling in my order still waited another 20 paid 102 dollars to get skimpy portion size the quality and service has really gone down will not be returning

The waiter is kinda weird(not to be mean) and rude not very good customers service because we ask for water first before we start ordering the waitress just gave us a look and walk away but did eventually brought us our drinks. Their foods looks super delicious the plate I got was the combination plate with steak and chicken that comes with salad, and soup. Salad was super small portions but bomb, soup was good but salty. Overall the food is okay its just that my meat or basically everything is just super salty.

We ordered a bento box w/ NY Steak, Scorpion Roll and Fireman Roll. Was plenty of food for two and packed some to go. Flavor was good but everything was overwhelmingly salted. I would go again just to give them another try.
