The restaurant looks a little run down. Service is slow and impersonal. The food was very good and after a run thru on the buffet it is good to not be bothered by the staff. The ice cream was very yummy for dessert. I think this is a good place for groups.

I don’t have much experience with Indian food so I was a bit apprehensive to go to a restaurant with just my husband (who has never eaten Indian food). But this place was great! The buffet is very well labeled including descriptions. This made it easy to figure out what I liked.

Whenever I’m in the mood for Indian food, I go here. I’ve never had the buffet before, since I always do takeout, but the food is perfection and the staff is nice. The owner lady (?) always greets me nicely and the food is consistently done right. Price isn’t too bad either, especially considering the amount of food you get for a takeout order. Personal favorite is the butter chicken. Definitely recommend

The food is tasty and the service is great. The lamb is my favorite, but the Chicken is very good. The food is self-service, as a buffet, complete with soft serve ice cream for the finish. The restaurant is clean but dated, it needs some maintenance. This in the best Indian food I have had in Vancouver. It is worth a visit.

Good flavors but had a hint of frozen and reheated. Every time I drive by looks empty, seems odd. Kinda expensive, authentic but somewhat mediocre dishes. Also food was barely above room temperature… eaten there a couple times but never been sick so no harm no foul though I prefer a hot meal. Very nice people, makes me feel bad for giving them a sub-par review.

This place is never busy, but it’s the best Indian food I’ve ever had. They always have a large selection of vegetarian curries, and it seems like they rotate their dishes often. Authentic Indian family restaurant. I’m pretty sure I’m going to have my wedding here. Their homemade coconut and mango soft serve ice cream is to die for!

It’s different than other ethnic foods and it’s delicious. I like the curry dishes (including lamb), tandoori chicken, and others. The lunch buffet is a great value and there was soft serve coconut or mango ice-cream for dessert. If you only like “American” food you may not not like it, however if you enjoy trying new flavors, then try this place out.

Been here a few times now for the buffet. The place is neat and food is pretty good. I would love it if the food is a lot more spicier! Yeah, blame it on my Indian genes . Their mango ice cream is a must eat before leaving the restaurant or you will have sinned forever..

Great Indian food at an even better price. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I always enjoy a trip to namaste. I love the atmospher here. It seems very authentic and cozy but can still seat a crowd and then some. Only issues are cosmetics. The exterior of the building could use new paint. Other than the flaking exterior paint this place is PERFECT AND DELICIOUS

One of the best Indian places especially if you like a buffet. We go ere enough that the owner recognizes us! Got the youngest hooked on indian food here at a young age! So many flavorful meat and meatless dishes.
