I’ve been dining at Nagoya for about 1 year now. The food is always fresh. They’ve a huge selection of creative and delicious Special Rolls. For lunch they’ve a Lunch menu and you can’t beat the price $. Our server Coco is always helpful and kind. Upstairs there’s a Tikki Bar with great cocktails. I always have the Lychee Martini made with Skyy Vodka, so good!

Food is way below average in taste. We ordered 6 items and they were all 1-2 stars. Sesame chicken was not even edible. Special roll was so tiny that it shouldn’t be even called a special roll.

First time at Nagoya and sat upstairs in a private room across from the bar with friends. Loved the atmosphere, 2 couches, chairs, end tables, special dimmed lighting, board games and our own TV… The beautiful bartender Courtney was amazing and never left us hanging even as it got busier later at night and her choice of music was excellent, mostly 90s alternative hard rock and metal. Definitely check this place out if in the area…

if i could put 0 stars i would. my friends invited me for lunch for my birthday and they called in advance to let them know we were on the way although it was close to closing time. They said it was okay. Expecting hospitality, we were rushed the whole time, got our plates pre-bussed the second we dropped our forks and given the check to pay before we even finished our food. Was not offered dessert as I was hoping to get some for my birthday, and just rushed the whole time. They turned off all the lights and we putting on their coats sitting feet away from us waiting for us to leave. When we paid, we tipped as much as we thought our server deserved, and she came back asking for a minimum of 15% and that we have to add more to the tip. However, tipping is not mandatory and I am a big believer in tipping generously. I can’t believe we were asked for more money when we ate our food in less than 45 minutes and there was no service. We got 2 minutes to look at the menu and she was already asking for us to order and decide. I can be super understanding when it comes to restaurant staff because I have years of experience working at several. This ruined my birthday and I can’t believe I experienced this. I lost my appetite and couldn’t even finish my food. Would never come again.

I ordered delivery here through door dash. The order arrived with only the side but the main $35 entree was missing. When I called the restaurant, the person told me to check the bag again, implied that I was lying, said they didn’t know who the driver was and that I should deal with the delivery company. No apology or offer for a new delivery or anything. Sadly I no longer trust them and will no longer order from here.
