This was a really good local find in the downtown area of Rolla. Nice atmosphere and a relaxing environment. The food was great with several great fish selections including salmon, sea bass, cobia, mahi mahi, halibut, and cod. Pictures were 2 great appetizers-seared tuna & sweet and spicy shrimp. The salmon on cedar plank was flavorful and cooked just right. The dry aged steaks are also recommended.

The food was wonderful and the wait staff was great. The atmosphere was pleasant. There were 6 of us in our party and we all loved our food and had a great time. They do have options other than seafood such as burgers and chicken. I had a cod sandwich and loved it the first visit. The second visit, I had the Fried New England Platter.

I came into town for work for 6 weeks, looking for fine dining similar to that of back home and I was blown away by this restaurant. Not only does NaCl + H2O have phenomenal servers but their owners are also present, smiling, and offering a helping hand, great down to earth people. The ambiance is great. The drinks were phenomenal. THE FOOD was absolutely incredible. If you go here and do not get the sweet and spicy shrimp you are MISSING out. 10/10 recommend. I definitely will be returning to this amazing establishment. (Visited on 4/1/22 then again 4/10/22, 4/15/22, and 4/16/22)

This was our very First of many future visits. The food selections would accommodate any age group. The shrimp pasta was the best I’ve eaten. My wife had the sea bass (not pictured) with the goat cheese mash Potatoes and roasted Brussels. Our entire party of 14 enjoyed their selections. The drinks add the right touch to your meal. I would like to compliment the entire team that waited on us. The owners came by our tables several times and even made a reservation for my daughters birthday on Valentines Day. I would suggest if your in Rolla Mo make this your dinner stop.

Made a reservation yesterday for 5pm. From the moment we walked in, service was impeccable. We ordered the crab dip for an appetizer, the jalapeño popper burger & bison with potatoes and Brussels sprouts for dinner. All was so delicious! Definitely recommend

Excellent dinner! The scallop and mushroom pasta was phenomenal. The scallops were done to perfection. The Seafood platter, also done to perfection. The cod, perfectly poached. Our server, Eliza was wonderful and attentive. I also want to mention how impeccably clean and sparkly everything in the restaurant was. Silverware and glassware with nary one spot on them. It is always a good indicator of the type of restaurant it is when even the windows are clean. You can tell that the proprietors really care about their business and their customers. This was the second visit I have made. Highly recommend a visit here.

A little pricy but worth it… great ambiance the owners are there and hard working individuals trying to maintain the standard…the food I had which was the ribeye was absolutely delicious! I have traveled the world all my life and am a hoteliers son so I’m very spoiled when it comes to taste…. All it means is I’ll critique but still eat stuff respectfully.

A friend brought me here as a good bye dinner and it was on point. The venue is smaller and my friend did make a reservation, in case they were busy. The server was fairly new, but she was nice and provided great service. The quality of food matches well with the prices and you can taste the freshness in each dish. The entree was the right portion size for the meal and my steak was cooked perfectly. The flavors were all there with each dish we ordered and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I would definitely come back and bring friends to this restaurant.
