food here was so delicious and cooked to a perfection. my favorite dish was the lamb because that was the first time i ever had it not dry. so cheers to that. also cold water bottles is free, which is very appreciated when some of the dishes got some heat. i do wish there was stronger fans or A/C, but that’s me i just can’t handle spicy food very well.

Our friend recommended Naan Boti & Chai Shai for their lunch buffet, so we decided to try it out on Saturday. The restaurant has convenient street parking and we were warmly greeted by the server upon arrival. We paid for the buffet before sampling the various options available.

We visited the restaurant after watching the pictures of Thali being served at this place in the reviews. However, we didn’t get this option after reaching there on Saturday, probably due to the rush hour. Though the place is compact but the food options were good. We liked the food overall.

The naan looks and tastes like it is baked from frozen. The butter chicken was the only thing I tried that was good. It is very spicy which I appreciate in an area where very few restaurants dare make their food hot. The place is very small and cramped and separated into 2 areas that are completely separate. There isn’t much choice in the buffet. I can’t recommend this place and it is very expensive for what you get.

What an INCREDIBLE experience! We went to Naan Boti & Chai Shai after hearing about it for a while and let me just say, it far-exceeded our expectations and was absolutely worth the hype. Everybody was so friendly, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely incredible. I love Indian food, but I had never tried Pakistani/Indian combined. We couldn’t have been more impressed and pleased with the experience and we can’t wait to come back and support this wonderful business. 10/10 recommend- can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for such a great experience.

Lunch buffet was great! No frills and simply great food. I’m glad they have this spot in South St. Pete and I look forward seeing it grow. Definitely check this place out if you want to try Indian and Pakistani street food.

We went here for the lunch buffet. All of the food was absolutely fabulous! The butter chicken was exquisite! Note there is an extra room to the left of where the Buffet is. It has extra seating. It has its own separate entrance. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Pakistani food is not easy to find and when you find a really good one.. you tell the world about it! Lahore based chef who has made some incredibly delicious food.. goat/mutton biryani that is scrumptious and the meat falls off the bone ! For 25 dollars you get a giant plate with so much meat that I was shocked!! Most Indian restaurants give you dried and fatty goat meat that is rubbery and not worth the 15-19 dollar price.. for a few more dollars , you get the oven baked succulent meat with long grain saffron basmati rice.. totally feeds two people easily!!
