Nice little place, and the food was pretty good, definitely worth going. The service was very slow though, they said it was because of a large party that was in the back. However, there were several other tables that had came in after us, got their food ate, paid and left before we even got our food, so I’m not so sure it was the party in the back after all. ♂️

1st visit our blueberry pancakes were fantastic, absolutely delicious. Hash browns, best ever. Everything was great. 2nd visit, our blueberry pancakes were a TOTAL WASTE of $! They were extremely tough & rubbery, inedible like chewing rubber bands. We were asked if we microwaved, seriously, they were still hot, no need to, nor would we. Then told we may have left them sit in the to-go container too long, which is impossible since waited for them to get ready. Unless they sat in the back, doubt it since they were hot. Googled & appears pancakes can get tough & rubbery if the batter is OVER STIRRED. Before shifting blame to customers, consider that possibility. Only 4 stars since 1st time so good, minus 4 stars on 2nd visit. Plus they forgot an item & requires driving back to obtain (not close-by). Would not order again after this due to inability to take responsibility, or at least offer an apology.

Although the POS was acting up, we got to hear the backlash/cussing to the cooks, and the extremely long amount of time it took for the food to arrive, it was the best corned beef hash I’ve had. The Southwest dish received the same praise when I got home. Extremely good food!

A cozy breakfast place, serving wonderful traditional food. I had the Cowboys, which come with a big hearty piece of beef, harsh brown, eggs and toast. Highly recommend this place if anyone is in Middleton WI.

If you like little diners, Sisters is a good choice-usually. We were unimpressed the last time we visited as the eggs were overdone, my english muffin was somehow forgotten and the hashbrowns, which my wife and I have shared numerous times, was a reduced size order. Our waiter, 1st time we’ve seen him, never offered us a 2nd cup of coffee.

Food was great as always but when you get there at 10:30 and wait and wait AND WAIT for the waiter to take your order and thus don’t get that delicious food until 11:15 you get a little hangry. Having worked in food service for a long time, I get not wanting to be there when you are having a rough day but don’t make your customers suffer too.

Horrible experience. Breakfast was $20 a plate. Their website prices are not close to what is current. Service was very slow, with a 20 plus minute wait for food, and slow coffee refill, we had to set our empty cups on the table edge to get the refill. Food quality was poor my hashbrowns were soggy, on our other order the American fries were basically potato chips. My dish was peppers, hashbrowns, with cheese. I expected the pepper to be cooked with the potatoes and cheese on top. What I got was a layer of overcooked peppers, a layer soggy hashbrowns with pepper jack melted on top. The bacon was done extra crispy.
