My Friend Mike’s pizza is OUT OF THIS WORLD. You can instantly tell what is important to this restaurant and crew– Quality, taste, and being on-time. There’s literally nothing more they could do to make their food better. Just about everything could be described as ‘Basically just like a typical Pizza dish but portioned correctly, with top quality ingredients, and the right ratios between each ingredient.

I lived in the east coast (CT) and this place very much reminds me of those yummy pizza joints. It’s amazing, the bread, the sauce, and the taste! Top tier!! Definitely need to try this place if you’re in SLO. Friendly staff. The place smells so good too! I had the Dalmatian Chard and Potato pizza 🙂

Finally found great vegan pizza in SLO County! The vegan cheese pizza reminds me of the thin-crust pizza sold by the slice on the boardwalk in Venice Beach – yummy! We’ll be back to try the Mary Nera pizza which is naturally vegan (no substitutions needed). Staff is friendly and helpful.

A true haute pizza experience with nuanced flavors and personal touches that are reminiscent of a Netflix culinary special. Mike is personable and takes time to creatively intermingle unique local ingredients as he does with his local and dedicated customers. One pizza is plenty for 3 people.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this guys pizza. Enjoy it before it’s discovered by some Netflix or Hulu cooking show and blows up and has a 3 hour wait to get one of Mikes pizzas. 10/10

Mike made a custom all vegan pizza without any vegan cheese. Surprisingly, it was even better without the cheese on it. Incredibly flavorful. Please add this vegan pizza to the menu. It was spectacular and one of the most satisfying pizzas I’ve ever had.

If you’re looking for fast, fresh, quality pizza in SLO, this is the place! Mike’s sourdough crust is the highlight of the pizza, in my opinion. Don’t come here looking for pizza loaded with tons of toppings and cheese a la Fatte’s, Woodstock’s or any other fast food pizza place. DO come for the amazing crust and super high quality ingredients! And Mike is a super friendly local who really cares about his pizza and the people who eat it .

Could not get much better! Never have I seen such meticulously prepared pizza – the owner stretches each dough, another person carefully places each topping, another does not take his eyes off each pizza in the oven, finally another finishes them with any garnishes. They have it down to a well oiled process where they don’t sacrifice quality or speed to just turn out more pizzas. They only take a few orders at a time, you can customize them, and I suggest ordering hours in advance for a set time to either dine in or take out. We ordered too much (1 pizza per 2 adults is about right) but somehow the leftover pizza was just as good the next day when reheated properly. Highly recommend!
