One of the if not the best Barbacoa soft shell Tacos I’ve ever had in my life. So juicy and crunchy at the same time yum! Cocktails are made with store bought margarita mixers though. There’s a Russian server who speaks with an American accent that served us, he was fun but was over sharing towards the end great place overall though

Ordered take out so can’t really say about service. I can see they are trying to bring the best service.

A wonderful place for eating. Great tasty food. I enjoyed this spicy mole which sadly I didn’t take a picture of. Serving sizes are average. Given that they’re so few options here in Los Alamos, I have to say this has got to be one of the top places.

Beautiful and delicious food. Very tasty salsa served in individual, small jars. Portions are the right size and ingredients top notch. Fun little corners within the restaurant.

These are the best tacos in town, in my opinion. I love the barbacoa tacos. Really great flavors in all of them and they are not greasy. This is where I take my friend from out of town when they want tacos.

I have been to Muy Salsas on numerous occasions trying out different menu items and each one is as delicious as the previous. By far the best bang for your buck is Taco Tuesday during lunch. The tacos are street style size with onion, purple cabbage, and cilantro garnishment with the exception of the chicken mole. The textures play with each other and the salsas bring a nice heat binding all the flavors together. You can’t go wrong with any of their tacos.

Had lunch here while visiting last week. Not busy at all – I tried the cactus for the first time and it was excellent! Their Mexican coffee is a nice way to round up a meal – would repeat if visiting Los Alamos again

Tasty, fresh Mexican food. Plenty of options for everyone, including several vegetarian dishes (soy tacos, calabacitas tacos – my favorite – and a unique cactus and mole dish). Great chips and guacamole. My husband enjoyed his steak as well! Nice ambiance inside and friendly staff at this family-owned restaurant.

In the past few months I have eaten dinner twice at Muy Salsas. I have not yet tried breakfast or lunch there. Both times the food has been wonderful, but there have been other problems that keep me from giving five stars.
