Authentic Italian taste with a Southern charm. This dentist office turned multi-story Italian restaurant features an intimate bar, sectioned eating spaces and a robust wine menu, moderately priced. The wait staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about making the dining experience enjoyable. We decided to share everything family style like Italians, and every dish left us wanting more. Absolutely worth a return visit!!!

Really amazing. Hidden down a side street in a beautiful house. Donnie wad so welcoming. He asked us which liquors we each liked and made special drinks! Then he asked us what we liked to eat and brought out a bunch of dishes. The artichoke kale tart , duck, pastas, fish, desserts and amazing vino. Try this place but don’t tell anyone. Fantastic dinner.

Wow! Let me tell you, one of the best meals and restaurant experiences combined. That’s saying a lot being someone who goes on a lot of trips and has been to many nice restaurants living in NYC. Donnie was beyond amazing!! It was my bachelorette weekend and he made it one of the most memorable experiences of the weekend. He remembered all our names and brought us personalized drinks based on what we said we liked. He then served us as if we were having a dinner party and brought out plates for us to share. Not joking when I say every. single. dish. was delicious. There wasn’t a single plate the entire party didn’t enjoy. He even knew exactly what dishes to bring for my cousin who has a gluten allergy and made her feel included in the experience. Donnie was one of the best waiters I have ever had and created a one of a time experience for us with laughs. The restaurant has such a nice ambience too. Everyone is still talking about it!! Would highly highly recommend and ask for Donnie! You don’t regret it.

It was my husband’s and my 14th wedding anniversary. I wanted to take him somewhere different and romantic. I also wanted him to try different foods. He was hesitant at first but the staff made us comfortable when we stepped in the door. The food was so good it made my husband speechless and that has NEVER happened lol. Our server Erin was very attentive and laughed and celebrated with us. He was surprised with the atmosphere and loved the old southern charm of the building. He said he has to work hard to top this. We’ve been talking about this place to EVERYONE!! We will definitely be back!!

Donnie took care of us like we were the only ones there. He gave us the “managers choice” menu, selecting all the food for us as we 3 were celebrating our birthdays. He went above and beyond, and the food and service were impeccable.

We had a great time in this 1855 built house. Each room was different and quite eclectic. So fun to have dinner in a place like this. Dinner was great! We had Bibb Salad with fried artichokes (no bread on them), Catch of the night- which was Mahi with pasta-which I can’t have because I am gluten-free and they easily substituted the pasta for the risotto. And then the Flounder with Crab.

Awesome staff! Before we went in we wanted to take a group photo and a waiter ran out to help us. Our waitress Erin was amazing, super helpful and friendly. We had a group of 9 and our drinks and food came out quickly. Definitely will be back!

This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’m originally from New York City so I think that is saying a lot. We were a larger group and let Donnie pick what we ate family style. Best decision we made. I will be driving 4 hours back with my husband just to eat here again. Do not pass on this place.
