My go-to place for no-frills, reasonably priced sushi. It’s my baseline that I compare other sushi places to. Seafood is fresh, the slices of fish on nigiri are thick, and the Chirashi Bowl is the best deal in Seattle. It’s no Sushi Kashiba, but for this price point, can’t really beat it.

Despite the humble hole in the wall appearance and location of this place, this is one of the best sushi places in the greater Seattle area! The only places that beat it out also charge 2-3x the price. My only complaint is that they’re closed on Sundays. ;~;

It has been awhile since the last time we came to this place.The food is still great, service is fast. The did do a few renovations though. They took out the booths and place more modern furniture creating a more modern open space. Also they have a computer system so is no cash only anymore. Now you order at the register and they’ll bring you the food to the table. You can keep a tab open and get to the register to add items anytime.

We have been Musashi so many times and it was our first time to do to go orders. Just picked up and checked that one nigiri was missed. They marked it but albacore was not included. Overall taste is good.

Mushashi is a small place with only few tables and there is usually a wait. They take cash only! We have been coming for many years and I think they got a new menu now. We always get chirashi bowl and it has good amount of fish and they are fresh. But sometimes the rice is just a little off. Other things are good price too.
