This restaurant is very clean & new. Everything looked fresh which was very welcoming. We dined in the dining room so it was very quiet but that’s when our opinions started to change. Our waitress took so long to come to our table that we considered leaving The food is ok but the serving size is so small! My husband ordered the all you eat soup & salad bar (which was very limited) but they were even keeping one of the soups in the back so it wouldn’t be wasted (per the waitress). Even the salad bar plates and soup cups were Sooo small. I ordered the fried chicken w/mashed potatoes and gravy which was tasty but the serving size was a joke. Maybe if you put the food on smaller plates and get the the potatoes outta that goofy little cup that might help but again the portions are SMALL. Kinda wish we had dined in the bar – it was much more lively and the music made it more fun. Maybe we wouldn’t have still felt hungry when left if we at least had a good experience in the bar. Oh and to finish of the evening we purchased some cards to see if we could win a little money – 1 was a winner but the wait at the bar was so long that we considered leaving without getting our winnings. Not sure if we will ever be back…

Murray’s on Main served one of the most delicious wedding meals I have ever had at a wedding. Service was excellent, food was brought right on time, staff was professional, and most of all the food was loved by all attending our daughters wedding. All wedding guests raved about the food!! Bryan and I have had the WORST dining out experiences lately! Horrible service! Horrible food. Tonight we went to Maury’s. Service was atrocious! Food was questionable. Bryan got mashed potatoes and gravy as one of his sides. Uhh…no potato we ever had! Tasted more like pureed cauliflower. A “plant based” mashed potatoes more like it. His mac-n-cheese? They gave him a container of canned cheese where some noodles must have fallen into. My French dip? Pretty sure the “freshly shaved roast beef” was shaved a week ago. Tasted and looked past it’s prime. Tasted and felt like shoe leather. Our server presented our food and walked away. 25 minutes later our server asked how everything was. I asked for more napkins. Only got one to begin with. After literally 15 minutes I had to go to the bar and asked for napkins, since our server clearly forgot about us. Our server saw me coming back with napkins and then waited another 10 minutes (when we demanded our check so we could leave,) for her to give us the napkins we asked for 15 minutes beforehand. After we were done with our food? Another 20 minutes for our server to remember she had a table to offer us a box. Had to give her our card right away to pay. OTHERWISE we would STILL be sitting there! We are understanding to a fault. Tonight? Just, plain horrible service and terrible, bland food. The service sucked!!! And they only had 4 other tables in the restaurant. Couldn’t give this experience zero stars..wish we could. Service and food has gone downhill since they opened! Hire servers who wont forget they have 2 tables to take care of. Hire a cook who refuses to use canned cheese. Hire a cook who can actually cook and not just open cans.

My biggest issue is someone before us paid our bill by mistake and we were asked to just pay theirs to keep it simple. Theirs was $25 less than ours, and although to our benefit, that just isn’t right. I didn’t like the TINY first booth she tried to sit us at or the partial wall next to where we were seated. The Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce tasted like bottled burgundy sauce and the beef gravy was instant powder package tasting. Beef tip portion was small and I question the actual cut of meat used due to the white line of fat through the middle of some pieces.

The owner of this establishment takes great pride in not only his business, but in his community, as well. The food is excellent, the staff is courteous, and the dining areas and restrooms are always clean! They offer everything from a quick drink to a catered event on or off-site! Don’t let the menu price fool you; the portions are large, so you are definitely getting your money’s worth and the quality is top-notch! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place or the people who run it!

Happy Mothers Day to me. We called to make a reservation, when we called we asked if we could order off the menu (and not order the buffet) they told us yes, we could order off the menu. So we made a reservation. When we got there, we entered through the side door and not the front entrance. There were two empty tall table tops, we asked the bartender if we could sit at one of the tables. She told us “we need a reservation” we told her “we do have a reservation. So can we just sit.” Loudly and rudely she let me and the rest of restaurant know “I need to check in, that’s how it works around here, and that’s how it works for us” It was very awkward. So we go check in. The hostess was about to sit us in the restaurant, I tell her there are two open tables in the bar area, she says oh great. When she seats us, the same bartender again yells loudly for all to hear “oh, see that wasn’t that hard, was it, and you got the seat you wanted”

Don’t come here if you are not white. Visited for lunch, and the place wasn’t busy, yet my dad and I were ignored for 5 minutes at the door. Even after greeting two waitstaff members, we received no response. Extremely disappointing service.
