The pizza IS NOT what it use to be..I like to actually see all the ingredients. When you order a pizza with 7 to 8 ingredients. I Did Not expect to see cheese pizza. Tombstone is better .Cost too much for small amount of food. Seems to be the model for restaurants in general Now Days….

I order for my daughter on a somewhat reoccurring basis. They are over-priced. I heard they make the delivery drivers pay for a full order if something doesn’t go right with the delivery. In those aspects, I’m not a fan. To the younger female who has been with that company for years…Girl, you do an stellar job running the show for that business. You are by far an integral part of that companies success. I think I can speak for every one of Muranos customers when I say, “We would be ecstatic to see you open a business up of your own one day.” You truly know your customer service, and beyond all measures, you go about it with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and have mastered the art and skill of being tactful.” I hope you hear often someone tell you that you are appreciated and that your initiatives will move mountains someday! Can’t speak for the rest of the menu, but the Lasagna was FANTASTIC! The fact that they run a lasagna special for 2 which includes a salad & bread made it even more delicious! Had Fried Mushrooms for a starter – also hot & Delicious! Service was fast and friendly. Although, they didn’t tell us about an $0.75 x 2 upcharge for dressing. Not sure if it was for the salads or for the Ranch we ordered with the mushrooms. Not that big a deal – it won’t affect my rating, but it would have been nice to have been told in advance that it costs extra. This place is a must stop if you are in the area.

Normally I don’t have any complaints about this place. But tonight is much different. The place was dead and yet the food took over 40 min to get made. The server had me on hold for over 25 min and really wasn’t knowledgeable about how to process a card. It usually take a while because of the cook of the food and I totally understand this but I’m super unhappy. We waited an hour for pizza and garlic knots that weren’t even cooked fully….I don’t think we will be giving this place another chance. Which is sad because the options are limited at best in town….

Got lasagna, came with side salad and 2 peices of garlic bread. First lets start with the best first. The bread was good, not much garlic flavor. Salad had letuce, two slices of tomatoes, some shreaded carrots and three capt waffer crackers. Good fresh salad, no cheese?. The lasagna was not good, the portion was 3 inch by 3 inch two layer max. The bowl was big, mostly had meat sauce and cheese to make you think you were getting alot. The flavor was average not worth the 12.00 price. So if you want cheese and meat sauce dinner this may be your calling. If you want layered lasagna this is not your dish. Just disappointed in the 3 inch by 3 inch square of lasagna. The food did come out super fast, but i was the only one inside.

I live less than a mile away but this is just my 2nd time there since they opened. 1st time was because my sister in law worked there and convinced me they had the best food around. Is was good, but I had Pizza and I enjoy more authentic pizza than I had there. So I called and got take out the other night. Figured I’d try their Cheese Steak, cause you know I’m a Cheese Steak freak! I also ordered fried mushrooms. The Cheesesteak was ok at best. The mushrooms were typical run of the mill frozen, and deep fried but were tastier than the Cheese steak…And I also got the Big Cheesesteak with all the stuff on it. Oil and Vinegar guys, Oil and Vinegar and you may have something, at least, a little less dry.
